The official guide to Gerry Anderson's television classic UFO is now available as an expanded, deluxe hardback in full colour for the first time. Now compiled with full access to ITV's extensive stills archive, the book includes a complete production history, comprehensive episode guides and full details of vehicles and characters. The chapter on promotion and merchandise is expanded with details on UFO-inspired comics and there is a new section on Anderson's feature film Doppelgänger, considered by many to be the precursor to UFO. This is the definitive companion to the series that many fans consider to be Gerry Anderson's greatest work.

Nope, although I liked this better than Thunderbirds, but some of the Thunderbirds vehicles were way ahead of their time.

Are you trying to tell us something miles?
Heat added, watched this many years ago X)

sky diver and the mobiles plus the bases are still believable the interceptors with one weapon are not

The forthcoming blu-ray is £62:99 at HMV - cheaper than Amazon and Network themselves, if anyone's interested.

Don't diss the Interceptor, I ued to have a die cast metal one.

Yea the interceptors were cool. I have the Dinky one and the product enterprise edition.

I watched this a few years ago and it was not bad.

Why did all the chicks on Moonbase have purple hair tho ?

The new Blu-ray comes with a 600 page book, this is a third of the size (obviously it's a lot cheaper), so I wonder how much more we're in store for with the BD book?

I got to sit in Strakers car when I was a kid whilst they were filming the first series.

got blood blisters over Lt. Ellis ;-)

It's on the list, but it's got no bite. It's too happy. Let's take this for instance. The trumpets have a bit of bite and then 51 seconds in - wow, sexy time! Don't remember that in the summer holidays. And of course The New Avengers would kick anything down the stairs and put a boot on its throat. You could fight the world with a brolly after being girded by that strident rouser.

Not got time for a fun tune battle at the moment, boo! I'm knackered.

I havnt got any on dvd, but I would love to buy the whole blu ray set.
Might wait a bit though to see if it eventually drops in price.
The wait will be worthwhile to see the gorgeous Ayshea Brough on a blu ray
