Batman Begins:

In the wake of his parents' murder, disillusioned industrial heir Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) travels the world seeking the means to fight injustice and turn fear against those who prey on the fearful. He returns to Gotham and, with the help of trusted butler Alfred (a scene-stealing Michael Caine) unveils his alter-ego: Batman is a masked crusader who will use strength, intellect and an array of high tech deceptions to fight the sinister forces that threaten the city...

Director Christopher Nolan deliberately exorcises the camp and grand guignol of the previous movies and TV series. This is truly a gritty and brooding exploration of the beginnings of the Dark Knight, a faithful vision of Bob Kane's anti-hero from DC Comics.

The Dark Knight:

With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and newly appointed District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as The Joker.

If it's cold could you explain why please as I can only find it for £17.91 the next cheapest (and that doesn't include delivery)

google.co.uk/pro…g=p

I would like to know too please

Seiously, if you can find it cheaper then vote cold and place a link. Otherwise why the cold votes. Don't vote old just because you don't want the dvd's or whatever.

I think that alot of CD-WOW deals have been posted today all using the same voucher.
People are probably well aware they can get a huge amount of DVD's cheaper here using the money off voucher.

could probably get it cheaper buying them seperately
£16 for two films, one a couple of years old, isn't great

And I reckon the best way of alerting someone of a "bargain" is to post the deal on HUKD.

I take your point, but it's the cheapest out there (with voucher) and folk could be wanting to buy it, especially with Xmas coming up.

Other CD Wow deals are not being voted cold. And I don't understand why this one is!??!!?

Using the CD Wow voucher you can buy the 2 disc Batman Begins for £14.99 and The Dark Knight for £9.99. That's a saving of £9 when bought like this.

I'm a bit annoyed that it's being voted cold when it IS the cheapest out there.

you can get batman begins for less than £14-99

Where can I buy the 2 disc Batman Begins from cheaper please? I'm sure you can. But will the two Batman films purchased in a box set be cheaper than £15.99?

well you can get the dark knight from woolworths for 9.90 minus the voucher everyone has
woolworths.co.uk/web…807

and batman begins for 6.93
thehut.com/hut…963

which makes less than £15.99. maybe quidco on thehut too?

£16.83 works out more expensive than £15.99 I'm afraid tommay.

Good individual deals though, but isn't a nice box set nice (if you want the two films)

8.91 (9.90 minus 10% voucher) + 6.93 = 15.84, minus 35p quidco, total 15.49
so people are voting it cold because ordering them together probably isn't worth 50p..?

That really is clutching at straws! Are you seriousy saying that all these cold voters went to that kind of trouble!? hmmmm

It's not for me, i'd like them on blu-ray but it's a good deal...heat added.

Thanks for a bit of sanity and appreciation of my efforts. I seem to remember the bluray was a decent price, especially with the £2 off. But CD Wow's website is down at present. Probably 'cos there are so many people rushing to buy this deal. Ha Ha.

why am i getting digged out for proving that it can be got cheaper?
thats why it isn't a hot deal, despite the whinges of the original poster
