Good price - just waiting to see who matches or beats it

Good price. Shame the third film is pants.

Great deal. Clever artwork. Agree the 3rd is a major disappointment. (Batman has a fight, gets knocked down the well. Batman trains to climb the well for another fight. Job done)

got my sister to pre order as she gets staff discount

No Triple Play version of TDKR? Huh, strange, considering they released the previous 2 as Triple Plays when TDKR came out in the cinema... or will that be another re-release in six months time?

Exactly. The standalone release is the same. Where's the white slipcover to match the other two?

Well wroth noting the artbook in this set is going for something close to £20 alone on Amazon

Not a bad price

Waiting for Amazon to match

Well that is certainly a matter of opinion... and it seems your opinion is in a minority. Well reviewed by most critics and for me the best of the 3.... followed by Batman begins then Dark knight (Dark knight being half an hour too long and the boat scene was unnecessary IMO).

Warner Bros have already announced 'The Dark Knight Trilogy Ultimate Collector's Edition' coming early 2013 so be careful which edition you go for if bonus content is high on your list.

Does anyone know for sure that the book is included? Haven't time to look at Sainsbury ad too closely at the moment but I can't see it mentioned.

It's worth noting that I don't think this paticular trilogy is the same as the one with the artbook and bonus discs, i've read the description and checked and i'm pretty sure it isn't.

If you look at the same listing on Play, the artwork is different on the digipack, but is has this description - With rigid slipcase, 6 panel digipack and 64 page soft cover Christopher Nolan booklet

Fairly certain that all the digipack trilogy releases will be the same.

Forgive me for probably asking such a stupid question but just to clarify are you saying that Amazons trilogy and Sainsburys trilogy will be identical? If not i reckon i prefer the artwork on Amazons site, If you could get back to me i would appreciate that!

Codes are for new accounts. Picked up the blu-ray for £22.49. Thanks

When do Sainsburys take payment, is it straight away or is that Asda?

May reserve at this price then cancel if it becomes cheaper...

Think it's later.

I'm a bit worried this isn't the same version as the awesome one detailed on amazon.

I'm sure they'll be identical - I think that they've just got to finalise the artwork. If you do a search on any price comparison site there is only one blu-ray trilogy set on offer, and as far as I'm aware no retailer specific exclusives (except the HMV steelbook).

good price but i got this for £16 from Amazon this morning ,

Ordered the German Steelbook set instead.

We all know the majority's opinion is unquestionable

The film's flawed. Massively so.

err... it's a Batman film.... If you're looking for flaws you're kind of missing the point.
And the point being (if you can suspend belief.... it is a fantasy film after all) did you enjoy it? All I'm saying is if you didn't you are in the minority.

Edited by: "RickySpanish" 2nd Oct 2012

Am I missing something? These vouchers only knock £3 off (which being 10% of £29.99 is correct)

But this deal states it brings it down to £24.99 - not £26.99.

Confused.

Expired.

Price now £29.99.
