Review
“One of our greatest historical records . . . a major work of English literature.” —Paul Johnson
Book Description
Kris Marshall and Katherine Jakeways star as Mr & Mrs Pepys in this BBC Radio 4 dramatisation of the world famous diaries.
From the Inside Flap
Richard Le Gallienne’s elegant abridgment of the “Diary captures the essential writings of Samuel Pepys (1633-1703), a remarkable man who witnessed the coronation of Charles II, the Great Plague of 1665, and the Great Fire of 1666. Originally scribbled in a cryptic shorthand, Pepys’s quotidian journal of life in Restoration London provides an astonishingly frank and diverting account of political intrigues; naval, church, and cultural affairs; and the sexual escapades and domestic strife of a man with a voracious, childlike appetite for living. “As a human document the “Diary is literally unique,” notes Le Gallienne. “It will have a still greater value for its historical importance.”
About the Author
Richard Le Gallienne (1867-1947) was one of Britain’s leading literary critics. His abridgment of The Diary of Samuel Pepys is considered a triumph of editing.

Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894) is one of the most widely read and admired novelists of the nineteenth century.
Synopsis
Originally scribbled in a cryptic shorthand, Pepys’s quotidian journal of life in Restoration London provides an astonishingly frank and diverting account of political intrigues; naval, church, and cultural affairs; and the sexual escapades and domestic strife of a man with a voracious, childlike appetite for living.

I feel you are more likely to go for a book if they see it in the title while scrolling. If other ppl prefer all in one post, then say it but it’s likely that the effort to do that doesn’t warrant posting. It’s long in my view. Peace

I'll save you the time and let you know all out-of-copyright books are free (or should be). Just go the Amazon, select the category, and sort from low to high price. Anyone can do it. It's not really any effort at all.

But to go backwards and forward to put it on one post.
I only like specific books, and the ones I like I post.
I think instead of trying to dictate how people post the deals, it would be better if there was a way users could filter which deals they see. There are bound to be people who aren't interested in Kindle books as well as those who are, and it'd be better for everyone if the people less interested could hide Kindle books from their feed (without interfering with those who enjoy them).

I’ll message support and flag this up. Love the idea and also wondering why it isn’t already a thing.

It may be tedious having to flip back and forth to post a group of free Kindle titles all in one thread, but it is also somewhat tedious having to constantly wade through a great morass of tomes, all individually listed - especially if they have already been posted as in this case.

Not really the point. My argument is that these types of posts are not really deals in that deals are usually something you can get for a cheaper price than is normally the case. As these out-of-copyright books are always free, you are effectively posting book after book at RRP! I know posters such as Boz and others have been getting away with it for ages, getting obscene amounts of heat, so I suppose it's tempting to do the same.

Let’s just agree that some people out here might be interested in the books I like to share. It’s not really about the heat you gain etc, it’s about spreading the knowledge available so long as people read the books. This website allows me the ability to post it once and then many people interested will click it and choose what they want to do, including yourself. I’m happy to just not post it and keep it to myself. But I see your point. If people really are getting annoyed I’ll stop posting but it’s not the vibe I’m getting buddy.

Please can you post them separately, but twice a day, ideally one morning and one afternoon time (BST) that way I won’t miss them as I sometimes get bored of scrolling.
