Terribly repetitive game with unlimited bugs & glitches, talking of glitches I was banned from using an xp exploit for a week and my agents was rolled back two weeks ( But it's ok if your a twitch streamer like Widdz and Sleepyo and boyfriends too use ) Massive Devs haven't a clue how too balance the game and after yesterday's update it's only getting worse with bugs and terrible loot...

Yeah I liked it at first but really mundane a couple hours in. What was the xp exploit and how do they find out? I'm pretty bored of the game now so I may as well do it regardless

Actually we wasn't warned and I didn't do the DPS glitch on the turret,I did the XP boost at shooting range. And lots of very promenant twitch streamers used this same boost and did videos about it on YouTube and didn't get banned ( so get your facts straight ) And the game is terrible at the moment with the bugs and glitches,NPC's vanish into walls or floors when doing missions because I was watching the update yesterday from Born2Game...
You haven't a clue what your talking about
Oh also I was level 71 on season pass and doing The Tombs mission in New York, and me and 2 other fellas got Delta's and when we loaded back into game it reset are season pass back too ZERO...GREAT WORK massive...

For what it’s worth I have this on Stadia, PS4 and Xbox One. The Stadia variant is streets ahead.

Am I going to have to say this in every thread about Stadia? Raw speed means absolutely nothing, just because you have the bandwidth does not mean you have a low latency connection. If there is any component between you and the Stadia server adding latency then you may not have a good experience, this could be the device you're playing on, WiFi, router, your ISP's routing, distance to the server (although in the UK that really shouldn't matter too much).

I have 200mb fibre and The Div 2 works almost flawlessly, with4k settings. I use a wired connection though, rather than over wi-fi.

Weirdly, I rarely get a smooth experience in GRID.

It's a shame the Stadia experience can vary so much from user to user, or even from game to game. It would a great quality service otherwise (cost aside)

I have very low latency with google server and used direct Ethernet to modem on pc with wired controller to test. I was just indicating a have a decent connection and know how it works but it’s not a good service. It’s all over the place.

Doesn’t run at 4K but the 60fps hides a lot of flaws in Div2. Grid is awful as it can run flawlessly but a stutter on a corner ruins it. This technology will be obsolete when the new consoles come out as their hardware can’t even run games beyond Xbox one x properly let alone match next gen. Google doesn’t have a great track record with standing by struggling products either.

Okay, that information is actually relevant - speed is not.

There are still several components I mentioned which could be adding latency though, are you with Virgin by any chance?

I got the game a few weeks back in a sale and play mostly single player. Enjoying it somewhat but so repetitive. I’ve done a few co-op missions with randomers and it was definitely better, but it still al just feels the same. Go to a mission, kill a few of the same enemies on the way, go in to a building that looks and feels the same as all the rest, kill the same enemies grab loot and go again, level up stuff kill slightly harder but the same enemies, level up stuff etc... it all looks the same (and all looks like Division 1). I guess I’m just not a looter shooter type of guy and I must be missing out not using multiplayer. It just seems so meh.

I can’t see google upgrading all their servers if it doesn’t take off. They don’t have a great track record of sticking by projects. I wonder what would happen to the money you’ve spent on games if they got rid of it?

Google have committed to at least 10 years of funding for Stadia from the outset, they've also bought several game studios. I think you're safe.

The vast majority of projects that Google drops are things which are free, and even then they generally take out the best features and add them to another project. I can't think of any Google products where they have invested this much money, only to then drop it, can you?

Were you using the same device on both connections?

The vast, vast majority of people are having a flawless experience, just because you're not doesn't mean it won't be mass market. It's like plugging a console into a display with high latency, with a 50m HDMI cable, then blaming the console.

Yes, lots and just look at the problems they’ve caused by dropping google fibre in lots of place. They’ve also formed a new company to hide some of the more outlandish ventures and the losses they incur.

Vast majority are not having flawless experiences, you must work for them/have your blinkers on when you go online. If you don’t notice the extra lag then that’s fine but don’t make out it’s great and all the experts online know nothing about it.

Acceptable for casuals but nowhere near a pc/console experience.

Notice I've not challenged that you ARE having problems, I'm trying to explain WHY you might be.

But fine, Stadia will be a better place without people like you anyway.

Explaining why I’m having problems isn’t the point as I’ve tried better connections than most in the country and for stadia to take off it needs to work on the majority. You’ve attacked me personally by saying it’s better without people like me and that says a lot about you. You’re obviously someone who has spent money on this and needs to defend it. You only have to look online to see lots of experts and gaming people saying how inferior stadia is. Whether you agree with them or not you are in the minority and if you enjoy it then that’s fine.

Lots were dropped before they started but the one that was started has left a massive mess. Yeah that might not happen here but it’s an example of how google operate. Not sure why everyone is defending google/alphabet here. They will face increased competition soon as well if amazon launch a gaming service to compete and also xcloud which already seems as stable with a better strategy.

Define better connections, as I said before - any component adding latency will cause issues.

You attacked me first by saying I was lying, and yes, Stadia (and any other platform) will be better without people who make baseless accusations.
I didn’t attack you but you stated the majority have a flawless experience which from everything I’ve seen isn’t true so I said you must have your blinkers on/work for them. Wasn’t a personal attack on you but a statement on what you said. You attacked me by saying it’s better without me saying there’s something wrong with me. Show me where the majority of people have a flawless experience because online it says the opposite. How is my accusation baseless since it mirrors the experts online.

I think you're also completely missing the point of what Google Fibre set out to achieve: hbr.org/201…ure

Competition is good, I've used xCloud and it's not been quite as stable as Stadia for me, but it has improved with time - hopefully it launches on desktop soon and they up the max resolution. I'm looking forward to GeForce Now sorting it's licensing issues and Amazon entering the game too.

GeForce now is amazing but I worry that the games may not come back.
Also I’m talking about lag on the input as the main problem I have. On a tv (game mode) the console input lag is ok but within stadia even best case it introduces a lot of lag. Not trying to compare it to pc but I couldn’t imagine trying to play a game like rocket league on stadia.
