Fantastic vinyl pressing and the demos and outtakes on the CDs are excellent and show how the songs evolved into what is in my opinion the quintessential doors album, a masterpiece and worthy of any record collection.

    A warning for Doors purists - if this is the same cut as the "Remastered" CD boxset version I bought a few years back, several of the tracks, including my album fav., LA Woman, have annoying (imo) little studio extras; unnecessary vocal warm-ups or instrumentals etc. Not for me...

    Heated OP; Doors = instant heat!

    Possibly the best Doors album. The next best would be the first album called The Doors.
