The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim(Nintendo Switch)

The open-world adventure from Bethesda Game Studios where you can be anyone and do anything, now allows you to go anywhere – at home or on the go. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for Nintendo Switch includes features like motion control for combat and lock-picking, outfits and gear from The Legend of Zelda franchise, and amiibo (sold separately) compatibility. From battling ancient dragons, exploring rugged mountains, building a home, or mastering hundreds of weapons, spells and abilities, set your own pace in a world that alters dynamically based on your choices. Play any way you want and define your character through your actions.

An ancient evil awakens

Dragons, long lost to the passages of the Elder Scrolls, have returned, and the future of Skyrim hangs in the balance. As Dragonborn, the prophesied hero born with the power of The Voice, you are the only one who can stand against them.

An open-world fantasy epic

Create your own custom character and do virtually anything you want. Choose from hundreds of weapons, spells and abilities, and use all-new motion controls exclusive to the Nintendo Switch version to battle with melee weapons, aim your bow, or pick locks.

Become legendary

Use items and attire from The Legend of Zelda on your quest! Take down enemies with the Master Sword, protect yourself with the Hylian Shield or look heroic in the Champion’s Tunic. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for Nintendo Switch also includes all official add-ons – Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.

Gain gear with amiibo

You can tap compatible The Legend of Zelda character amiibo (sold separately) once daily for the chance to gain gear inspired by the series! You can also tap other compatible amiibo to receive a chest of loot, exclusive to the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

To be honest, personally, I’d rather see posts like these going hot, than utterly pointless store-specific deals. Who cares if someone found a game for £5 if there’s only one copy in the country?

Meanwhile, this post, and the subsequent discussion, is really helping people.

No but do you want it?

Not a bad price. I had originally gotten this for £38 pre order. Plays well considering its a hybrid edition between classic and redone.

Only had the game crash twice in the 50 or so hours I played.
Would've preferred fallout 3, NV or 4 over this though. The skyrim leveling system is pants.
I've got about 4 sellers on my watchlist selling this, seems as if there's been a massive influx on the market. They will start getting desperate and lower the price even more, one with lower feedback has it up for £32 at the moment.

£32 here and 3 left at time of posting.
People been buying bulk for resale or something?

Bought this game 3 times (2 for ps3 and once for PS4), only way I'll pick up is £30 or less

All the sellers who have it have stock in what looks like unwanted electronic retail 2nds or cosmetics. Two are also in the Nottingham area.

Could be a local wholesaler just had a random stock of them.
I got mine this week from the other eBay deal - bargain for sure. No idea how they're making a margin on it beyond a quid or two but then what do I know? Hot!

In terms of FO vs TES (I love both) I tend to say to people: if you prefer apocalypse, robots and lasers, it's FO. If you're more into dragons, magic, and GoT style atmosphere then it's TES.

Both are ace! FO would be awesome, as would GTA... perhaps a vice city remaster?

Their both solid games and feel pretty similar. It's just fallout rewards you for doing everything from quests to hacking.

While skyrim (being my first real time playing it). I felt frustrated to find out quests gave me nothing in return. No experience , maybe just a weapon or piece of armour that didn't really turn the tide of battle.

After a good 40 hours in side quests became boring to follow as the rewards were getting worse.

I didn't like the whole level up a skill which results in an actual player level in the end. Was a poor system imo.

Hopefully skyrim switch has sold well for Bethesda to port other titles over.

GTA 5 would be insane. Even with a port of vice city would be great.

Spot on, unfortunately most people only pressing hot when they see something at total ridiculous price without checking availablity. Makes me feel I should post here if I won something in lottery last night...

Really? What a crazy attitude! My logic suggests that some of the Ebay sellers are desperados and undercut each other by pennies.

This offer appears to have gone the other way already. I've jumped on one at £34.75 from the listed seller. Great feedback and service according to their feedback whilst all the others have like 100 feedback.

Seller only has a few left according to the listing.

The fact is some of those sellers might probably be losing money in a bid to move up the Ebay rankings. I don't fully understand how it works but presumably this is why hotukdeals picked up on it?

If you're really that tight, I'd suggest holding your nerve like you say and waiting for the massive price drop you anticipate. How low can it go?

Me. I'd personally buy off what looks to be a well established professional business for the £2.75 extra cost.

Who cares whether you get a bargain from a reseller or what? At least you're giving your money to a person than a faceless corporation

If you want the game now obviously buy the deals, yes. For me it's a game I only want if it's a particuarly great deal.

If nobody is buying then they lower the price. Last week they were £35. Now they are £33 and one is selling at £32 and accepting best offers lower than that.

Fair comment. I hadn't considered that. You're right. Each to their own. Everyone has their own reasons for buying. I personally don't think price will drop any lower. I read some bad reviews about the game which made me hesitate but at the end of the day I always say you never know until you try it for yourself. It's like someone telling you a movie is rubbish. You might actually like it. Everyone has different tastes and criteria of what's good and what's not.

I actually emailed the seller grumpy greyhound before I bought and asked if they could do a better deal. Apparently, the price is already on the knuckle so they couldn't discount anymore.
