Thought this was daft cheap for one of my favourite Tarantino films. Can't even find the DVD as cheap as this.
Quentin Tarantino writes and directs this Western thriller featuring an all-star cast including Kurt Russell, Samuel L. Jackson, Tim Roth and Walton Goggins. Set after the American Civil War, the film follows bounty hunter John 'The Hangman' Ruth (Russell) as he takes shelter in a remote stagecoach stopover with his captive prisoner Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh). On his way there, Ruth meets ex-Union soldier and fellow bounty hunter Major Marquis Warren (Jackson) and Chris Mannix (Goggins), a man who claims to be the sheriff. When the newly-formed group arrive at the cabin an assortment of other unfamiliar and unsavoury characters awaits them. Ennio Morricone won a Golden Globe and the film was nominated for three Academy Awards including Best Supporting Actress (Jason Leigh).

Know what you mean. Only gets 7.8/10 on IMDB and it's a steady 9/10 for me.
I enjoyed it.

Shockingly bad. But people's opinions are different I guess?
It's on Netflix at the moment, just FYI
Brilliant. Felt like I was watching a stage play.
It's a good movie, quite long but if you stick with it you are definitely rewarded.

Agree, love his stuff normally but couldn't get into this at all. Watched about 2/3rds then gave up !!
Like all his films, crap. I tried really hard to understand why this idiot is considered amazing. I just don't get it.

The guy's a d**k***d especially after all the stuff that came out about his treatment of Uma Thurman during Kill Bill.

Good deal if you like this sort of thing.
Yeah, noticed it had popped up on Netflix so watched it this week. I enjoyed it a lot. Made me want to rewatch Django Unchained...which is also on Netflix. Heat added as this should look lovely on Blu Ray. Any bonus features I wonder? Always plenty of other stuff going on in Tarrantino films like deliberate continuity errors. Didn't spot any on the first run here.
Not my favourite, but still loved it. Great deal anyway
Great Film
Good price, bad movie!
I found this movie very boring, what was it even about? I forced myself to watch all the movie to see why it's got high review score but nothing happened, I still have no idea what the movie was about

Im glad to see people seem to dislike it in the comments, I thought I was the only one

A lot of armchair critics in here, while it's not kill bill or pulp fiction, it's a solid film. Maybe these armchair critics would be better spending there monies on transformers lol

Thought this was an excellent movie. Great story telling, quality acting, really gripping scenario where the tension and mystery builds slowly.
You must know what you’re getting into before watching this film. If you expected something like django then you’ll be extremely disappointed. It’s a fantastic film of a different genre.

Overrated then. 7.8/10 is extremely generous.

Silly comment.
People have differing opinions,
Get over it!
Added to Netflix last week. Not voting
Inglorious B*****d's,
Now that's QT at his best!

Death Proof takes that crown, followed by this.

This is Tarantino at his most self indulgent. Absolutely no need for this to be near 3 hours long. At least he doesn’t have an Australian accent ...

Notice people are only called armchair critics when they dislike a film that some other armchair critic likes.

Surely all critics are armchair critics who wants to watch a film standing up??
The people debating QT's worst film, have clearly not seen his quarter of "Four Rooms".......
(and I'm a huge QT fan).
The name Jon Roooooooooouuutth is still lingering in my mind after a week of watching this movie on Netflix

Not really. I've watched a lot of his stuff and Django/Pulp Fiction are amazing films. This was one of the most boring and confusing films I've ever seen.

Many thanks,
Armchair Critic/Man with different opinion
Definately one of my favourites. Not as much as Django, but it's up there.

Death proof was QT's worst film by a mile.
As a western, Django Unchained was a better effort by QT to be honest.

Confusing? Film was pretty straight forward. Its not exactly Memento or Arrival.

I mean, i personally think he's the best director of my generation, but ya know, to each their own.
Surprised no ones mentioned from dusk till dawn that's a good film until the vampires show up
