I have 131 hours played on this. Great experience. Only negative is they keep introducing paid DLC, new reserves, trophy rooms, guns which you would expect to be free. But nope. Up to £6 on every update just about. Good game to stroll around on though.

Historical low price this, heat. Bought this for £20 years ago.

My game of the generation (outside of Rocksmith). Absolutely superb in all regards. Whether out for a long hunt or just chilling going for a walk, I've never seen anything recreate the outdoors quite so well.
Got over 200+ hours in this game and almost every DLC. Wonderful world , each DLC cost around 6quid but gives you so much fun for weeks. Massive game.
I cant condone anything that relates to the cruel pastime of trophy hunting. Cold.

Glad you cleared that up, was anxiously waiting to see how you would vote on this.

Great game to relax in. You could even not hunt if you wanted and just track/photograph animals.

All this talk of hunting is making me hungry. Eat what you kill.

Well if you have played games full stop, I'm sure you would have killed some graphical representations of people in games. Of course that is not real and not endorsing homicide, but that also applies here. Why not try to ban war games for condoning armed conflict? Or boycott Doom for endorsing vivesction?

Not the same. I mean, Doom is killing demons in Hell. He’s not against violence in a game...just questioning where the fun is in fantasising be a douchebag hunter killing innocent wildlife that the game claims is ‘majestic and beautiful’.
Each to their own.

I do my best to avoid games with any violence at all but it's very hard, problem is most of the best ones have it.

I just completed What Remains of Edith Finch. I chose to play it thinking it would be a nice chilled experience... and it was in many respects... but sending a baby to his "accidental" death beat my shock of seeing Mortal Kombat fatality moves for the first time all those years ago.

I love meat and yes, killing and eating meat certainly is natural. Trophy posing like a big man after you’ve shot a defenceless animal at range is not.

Yes it is. Take pleasure and pride in all that you do. I would like a trophy room also...heads on a wall.

FWIW I'm a vegan but this game's still amazing. You do realise that none of it's real, don't you?
I can't believe this conversation is going on here.

This post was a real SJW trigger. Thank God for those guys and their incredibly important virtue signalling. What would we do without them.
