I use this every day under my moisteriser. Thing is with q10 you dont see instant effects, but longer down the road, in years to come, your skin will thank you for it.

You hope it does. If not, you'll come to the stark realisation of spending X amount for barely any difference.

It's genetics lol

Q10 an antioxidant, so if you live in a dense town it will protect your skin from pollutants etc.

Its been studied a fair bit by dermatologists. The inkey list and The ordinary are good companies as their products list clearly what's in it, and the concentration of it. It's not the same as the overpriced elemis stuff I buy

Just working out how much I'll spend. How long would I have to use it for?

I'm no expert, but I would just use a pea sized amount daily for as long as you can.

Full price it's only about a fiver, that's the good thing about the inkey list and the ordinary products. Clean, clear and affordable.

I've only just started to worry about my skin care the past year - before then it was a bit iffy.

Wish I started earlier as I'm now 40.

The second picture in that link looks like something you'd give as a gift to your partner if you fancied a bit of rumpy pumpy.
