damn great price voting hot of course.
£19.99 in my local Sainsbury's if you passing by one (and you don't mind the extra 14p cost)
Going to take my copy back and get a replacement as my Trico is deaf.
I have to shout at the TV at least four times before he does what I want!!
Also £19.99 at Amazon.

Stuff under £20, you have to pay for delivery. It's "eligible for free delivery" if you've got Amazon Prime.

Aha, got it - thanks! That's a little misleading because I even viewed it from a not-logged-in session and it still implies it's free delivery.
Great game, heat for price.
Found this game very frustrating and incredibly clunky. Trico animates nicely and some cool set pieces but a pretty dull game otherwise.
Over rated game.

PS3 graphics, don't believe the lies about it looking better on the pro.

Trico is annoying and doesn't do as he is told. After a few hours you will want to leave him in the cave to die.

Good price.
I liked that he didn't immediately listen, whether it was a design flaw or not It doesn't bother me, he's a wild animal that isn't going to immediately follow every instruction perfectly

I agree the controls are a little clunky but I thoroughly enjoyed this game

Definitely just bad design, there is no learning going on under the hood, you just need to get the thing to stand on the right spot.

I personally like to think that its part of the experience, I agree it probably is a flaw and its just a happy accident but for me it made everything feel more real, otherwise Trico would just feel like a robot obeying to my every order, not a wild animal that I'm trying to tame, I understand what everyone is saying but I don't think its a good enough reason to be put off by the game as others may see it as I did:)
I loved this game Just like in Ico and Shadow of the Colossus it quickly builds a world and relationships between characters that you want to see more of.
I love it that games like this exist but Trico tested my patience in this game. Not quite as annoying as falling off a colossus but near.

I have two dogs. They both know how to sit, stay, lie down, give paw, come here, leave it, etc. Does that mean they do what I want them to do first time, every time? Hell no. They're smart enough to be stubborn and disobedient when they want to be. If that's what they were going for with Trico then it's very good design.

I didn't think of that and it's a very different way to look at it , it's definitely the way I like to see things , rather than slating it for bad AI design I like to think it's all a big learning curve , after all I'd imagine it's no easy task trying to tame a wild beast

(I know I'm thinking way too much into this now X) )

There's a term for this. It's called "I suck at the game so I'm going to blame the mechanics for my faults". The game controls perfectly well, you just aren't good enough to do it, like many many many other games on the market that require skill and patience to complete. Quit ya moaning!

But it's clearly not, you could give an instruction 1000x but if you're stood in the incorrect spot it will never do what you want it to. There are very clearly trigger points.

Controls perfectly well? Funny how I remember almost every review mentioning janky controls, put "Last Guardian controls..." into google and see what the top autocompletes are. I've finished the game and whilst it had some cool moments, was a pretty dull affair.
I loved this game, I usually have little patience but it was easy to put that aside and enjoy the experience. I had no issue with controlling Trico to be honest, it felt natural to me, even when he didn't do what I wanted him to.

And with a metacritic score of 82%, very few of those reviews you mention thought the controls were bad enough to detract from the experience. Junky controls are not the same as broken.
