Good price for the game.

Also same price at Argos - if you can get stock.

Description
Set out for adventure once again in this unique new game in the beloved The Legend of Zelda franchise, built exclusively for the Wii U platform.

The newest game in The Legend of Zelda franchise, scheduled for 2015, introduces the first truly open world in a game from the series. Players can roam Hyrule Field or set off on a trek to distant mountains if they prefer.

Players can get to any area they can see from virtually any direction. That's one of the ways the game breaks with franchise norms and introduces new ways to play.

Hope it helps someone.

Total bargain.

Just playing this now, massive game.

You can get the dlc for 15 online or 18 from Nintendo.
Got this last year for £35... Still not took the wrapper off and I now have a PC that can emulate this. Guess it's staying in the wrapper. Hope it's worth something in the future... Nintendo games usually are but the Wii U is a bit of an anomoly for that standard.

Where online please?
Great game, kids still playing this 10 weeks after starting it....worth the £ it’s huge!
Purchased this digitally on the day of release... still not played it.

Might click that icon (or even switch on the Wii U) one day
Have it on WiiU, play it on CEMU on the PC with the horrendious shoehorned in busy work weapon breaking mechanic fixed, turning the game into perfection, as it should have been from day one.
If only the Switch version would go down to this price!

I was lucky. Got a £20 back on £50 spend with Very. Had to add a wooden chopping board! But apart from that basically got the game for 33 on switch.

What's that?
^^^It's a Wii U emulator, and it works fantastic, and they are still improving it, BOTW in 1080p and a mod that fixes that silly busy work weapon damage mechanics, makes the game perfect, no more silly constant stopping mid battle to change your weapons, now you can increase their durability and at least enjoy the game even more, or just remove the whole breaking weapons mechanics from the game and enjoy it as a true Zelda game without immersion breaking nonsense.
Question:

If I bought a used WiiU from CEX or wherever and a copy of this game......can I play the game on the handheld unit without a tv?

I could set it up on a tv at the start if required, but the place where i would be playing it has no tv, as in, no tv in the building).

In other words, after initial set up, could I play Zelda on the handheld without ever needing to switch on or be near a telly?

Yes, you can swap between gamepad+TV & gamepad only.
