No worries at all.

Phantom Hourglass..such a good game..
haven’t played Spirit Tracks but it feels good remembering Phantom Hourglass.
they should have ported these to Switch..Wii U is so dead.

Heat for the price but personally I'm only interested in physical copies when it comes to Nintendo cartridges. Partly because I like having the media but mostly because I don't trust Nintendo's online services!

I’ve played them both on 3DS, and it would not take much work to change it so it wasn’t reliant on touch screen or dual screen.

Yep, you'd need to touch screen, not just for movement but the majority of the puzzles are touchscreen focused.

Maybe if they did a "remastered" double pack and released it on a cart, but I don't suppose it'd be worth the cost of the work given these are largely considered to be the worst 3D Zelda games ever, Spirit Tracks often times ranks lower than Zelda 2 in polls.

There is no 3DS version. These are the DS Virtual Console games. The Wii U will emulate the DS and run the original DS code. They have not been ported to the Wii U. I.E. you'll not get enhanced Wii U assets like you'd get in Wind Waker.
