In 'The Matrix' (1999) Keanu Reeves stars as Neo, a young computer hacker who comes to believe that the world around him is not as it appears to be. With the aid of mysterious subversive Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), Neo discovers that his whole existence as he knows it is a lie. Together with Morpheus' acolyte Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss), Neo begins to fight back against the computerised hierarchy that is secretly manipulating the human race.

Currently £4.99 EACH on Amazon video to buy these in HD (which won't look as good as a disc most likely). I'll stick to my blu rays thanks... (edited)
I'm not a fan of the franchise, but the first movie was very decent.
I'll take all three for £7.99 though.- There’s four movies. It’s not a trilogy, it’s an incomplete quadrilogy…
Animatrix is a collection of shorts, so doesn't count as a movie. (edited)
