A SUPERB blended whisky, tastes of burnt toffee!
I love a good Single Malt but I rank this blended whisky higher than most averagely priced Single Malts.
It is blended with Macallan and Highland Park...
It has been cheaper when stores have discontinued it, but at £21 it's a great deal. Usually sells at £28-£30.
It's £22.80 at my local sainsburys (Harlow) if that is easier for anyone?

A good price for a good quality blend, *much* better than the regular Famous version!

Worth noting with Father's Day fast approaching, I expect to see a large number of "averagely priced Single Malts" to be discounted heavily in most supermarkets in the coming weeks. A good time of the year to re-stock the drinks cabinet, and this blend will be unabashed alongside some of it's maltier cousins!

not available online..

I just want to say a thank you for posting this.

I gave my father the bottle of naked grouse this evening and he was really touched by it.

Every year my maternal grandfather used to give my father 'the famous grouse' whisky at Christmas, and although dad liked it, it was never his favourite.

Dad has been enjoying some highland park whiskys this year and I gave this to him 'blind' and asked what he thought of it. He liked it (normally a single malt man).

I explained about my grandpa always giving him famous grouse at Christmas and this being a blend he should enjoy more, and he was so touched. As was my mother.

So thank you.

I wouldn't have known about this without you.
