Yes it's that time again. I know they are a rip off, I know that you're looking at a circa £120 spend to fill the book (with very active swapping on top), or potentially a lot more.

However my kids are sharing a book this year, and are loving it. So I was searching on here, and couldn't find any deals yet. This is the best I've found (groupon box for £65 for 100). Slightly cheaper for the 200 box (62.5p each).

Sorry if it's posted somewhere and I've missed it.

If you are serious about finishing the book, it's certainly worth getting a bulk of stickers up front so you are in the driving seat with swaps.

Well spotted. That one seems expired, which is odd, as I've just purhcased.

Expired because the code didn't work/no longer works.

This particualr deal is no cheaper than what you can buy it for on eBay.

I agree that it's a crazy price. But they get a tonne of fun out of it. We drip-feed a couple of packs a week, and then go to meet-ups to complete the book with swaps. 2-3mths of fun, and regular rewards. It's actually ok when you consider it for the entertainment value. But yeah. Crazy price for some bits of sticky paper.

Yeah, I looked at the ebay, but there was a lot of talk about fakes on ebay last year, so I figured the groupon a safer bet.

Then use a seller with plenty of feedback, such as this one.
I didn't even think there were that many different types of sandwiches
Not sure why this is so cold, is it just because of the product? Works out sub £60 with the current 12% TCB.

Lot of people will be angry at the price and vote cold for that. Also it was posted before, but expired. I knew it would get cold, but thought it might help people looking for a deal on the stickers this morning, as I was struggling.
Any deals on ciabatta stickers?

I think it's because it was posted before.. it's probably because of the community of this website, it's like deals for shoes what cost more than £80 go cold, yes they are expensive but doesn't mean it's not a deal

if a Ferrari or Lamborghini was 25% off would it not be a deal?

excactly - its not a vote for if you think the item is good or something you like.

If you dont know about the product or don't know if it is a deal or not....don't vote, move on!

Incidentally - I hadn't factored in the 5% quidco cashback which should work. Bringing price to £61.75 or 62p a pack - a lot closer to the magic 50p everyone wanted to see this year. That's a good deal compared with 80p a pack.

More disseminated misinformation from the BBC

I really have no idea how they get a "professor" to come up with these headline numbers. Surely swapping is a big part of the fun. I know I'm lucky to live in Manchester where there are regular 'swap' meetups normally. We went along to a couple at the football museum/Urbis during the euros album and filled most of it there, had to send off for the last 20 or so, mostly shineys. I think this year will cost us max £110. That's allowing for lost/damaged/unswappables.

As the "professor" says - 137 packs. Well that's £89 to fill the album at Groupon/Argos/Ebay prices (65p/pack). Not counting gifts from Granny/Grandad etc.
33536340-vtl09.jpgWhy is this cold?

if you get the starter pack (album and 5 packs) also bundled in with the box of 100 packs it works out £67.99. That’s just under 65p per pack.

TCB 12% returned £8.16. So final cost per pack is 57p... I can’t see that beaten
The only way this will be beaten is if somewhere like Morrisons does a 3 for 2 on them again.
Costco £10 ish for 20 packs
