Last year Disney did a collector edition of Stitch each month, I ordered one every month Jan - Dec and didn't have any issues at all. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience
It was only once, just a box of xmas presents and just weird that if they were having it back it couldnt just be re sent so had to scramble to get other things then, otherwisw yeah usually have been ok, just a bad experience
