Ahoy mateys! Check out this unreal early bird offer for Dubai we've unearthed using our holidays finder.

Dubai is great for longer stays according to recent news stories.

If you don't like the laws of the land you're planning on travelling to, don't go! Move onto the next deal! Simple!

You'll certainly have a flavour of the jurisprudence.

Some of the hotels are over 200quid per night on the palm, great deal

Why not go get arrested and jailed for touching someone in a bar, humm don’t think it’s worth the risk, so cold !!

Strange how the price increases when you look at 7 nights. My 25th anniversary is coming up so I'm interested.

That bar story was kind of false, it didn't happen as the story went !!!
If your standard holiday consists of all inclusive and getting drunk off your head stick with Benidorm .
As you won't like the £10 per drink prices and fine eating .

All so checking them dates it's Ramadan and they won't allow alcohol at the pool in the daytime!

I think most people travelling to Dubai don't actually know how strict the law is ( if they did they would not go there ) . If you are an unmarried couple or gay/lesbian then you are crazy to go there.

Have you actually been? Your post is scaremongering - thousands of unmarried couples visit each year without issue.

The UAE is strict is but you'd think they'd relax somethings as they know that tourism will eventually keep there gold pit going.
Different kind of holiday and most family's do enjoy what it has to offer and the hot weather.
£10 a pint is taking the piss tho but not everyone want's to booze all day.
Very low crime as well and great for kids

Next July will be our 6th trip ! Just stating the obvious for people who are clueless

We find Vegas more expensive than Dubai. But as with both destinations, try and find a happy hour .
Or you're paying £10-£15 a drink !

I wouldn't go to Dubai if you paid me.

Chance of getting locked up for silly things like inadvertantly touching someone, swearing, sharing a room with someone you're not married to or kissing in public ? I read one last month of a guy giving a w@nker sign to someone who cut him up while driving being imprisoned for it. Backward, stupid country.

Why even chance it ? Lots of other places to go in the world.

Always worth doing research on the places you want to visit just to in case your chosen lifestyle is not compatible with their ways.

Seems an appropriate discussion for this.
