Hey All, did you know there is just 99 days to Christmas, soon be time to book your tickets for the Polar Express, I love this film and its one of those treasured films that I so wanted to watch in 3D and eventually they did finally make a 3D version, which I so enjoyed on my once active shutter 3DTV. For those of you who are still fortunate to own a 3DTV, this is brilliant in 3D especially the train ride and action scenes, I noticed most places have sold out of brand new versions of these now, so if you want the 3D version get it whilst you can.

I have this in 3d. Absolutely amazing. We watch it every Christmas is my household. The bit where the train screeches to a halt in front of the caribou and it feels like the plough bit on the front of the loco literally touches your nose! It has us winding our necks in every time!! Brilliant!

Yes I know its so wonderful, some days I wish Id have kept my 3DTV, I do miss watching films in 3D, another great movie to watch in 3D is the animated version of "A Christmas Carol" starring Jim Carrey, the flying scenes are awesome in 3D. its such a shame 3DTVs didn't last which was partially due to the fact that people could not be rsed to wear 3D glasses, still In think in the future we will soon start to see VR based TVs, given us a similar experience, Samsung have already announced they are developing VR based TVs bringing an all new dimension to TV viewing, the question is will VRTVs see a similar fate?, naturally you will need a VR headset, yet people just cant be bothered to put an headset or glasses on, I dont see why it takes less than a minute to pop on a headset or pair of specs.

I have this also, got it before we had a 3dtv as it also had the colour glasses old school 3d which was very good for a film presented that way, great in real 3d though and still watch it every year like you, I love the train front coming out and also the bit where the golden ticket leaves the train and goes on a bit of an adventure.
