Great films heat added

Heat well worth it for goodfellas + once... Imo

Just to add, I think I paid about 7quid just for Once...

The only way to purchase The Mission (without getting an import). Shame they aren't individual cases with original artwork or I'd be all over this. (2 plain red cases each containg 2 films - horrible) Heat added

the cases are full size so dont look that bad spine on as most would have on shelf
the mission is not much of a reason to buy this set though as its by far the weakest, found it a little odd tbh

Really annoying, this kind of thing.

Well you have to comprise on packagimg, I bought taxi driver limited edition blu ray for £10, you can't grumble at £2.50 a film on blue ray for a great actor such as De Niro

Do they have extras as there is no mention of them on the box.Ive already got goodfellas on blu-ray and that has extras.Ive still got the boxset sealed from wowhd but rather give it as a present if it does not have extras.

I expect they're the exact same discs, I would've passed/sold on my own existing individual films (to get The Mission) had it not been for the total lack of artwork on this

Agree on the mission, but this deal instantly deserve HEAT

Good collection and one hell of a actor, one my favorite actually! I brought this set a while ago for around the same price! well worth it

just a shame he hasnt done a decent film since Heat.

Harsh, but sadly true.
Pre-Heat: probably the greatest leading actor that's ever lived. (Mean Streets, Godfather, Taxi Driver, Deer Hunter, Raging Bull, King of Comedy, Once Upon a time in America, Midnight Run, Goodfellas, Awakenings, This Boy's life, Casino.....Heat
Post-Heat: merely a supporting actor in a few decent movies. (Sleepers, Jackie Brown, Ronin (lead), Limitless, Silver Linings...)

I know it's a controversial comparison but take a look at at Leonardo DiCaprio's films from Gangs of New York (2001) onwards. Possibly the greatest leading actor today?

No Rocky and Bullwinkle?
What the hell?!
