In my opinion one of the, if not the best film ever, feel free to correct me.

Its a DVD (replay) and is similar to the Bluray, anyway for a £1 , you get 2.5 hours or entertainment.

Had 2 in stock in Waltham cross in the new DVDs they were unpacking. My uncle bought both.

Ok, Its joint favourite this film, I love Anuvahood and Ali G Indahouse. ( If anyone can give me a funnier film, i will donate £5 to a charity of your choice, if they allow text to donate)

Surley Bill and Ted excellent adventure holds the mantle for the best film ever

Indeed the best film ever-no spoilers for anyone who hasn't been fortunate enough to have watched it!

It's a wonderfull life is the best film ever made

Although this was a great film, I think the green mile was much better.

Not enough naked women and car chases for me.

Fantastic film!

You deserve to see this film.

The funny thing about this DVD is that the background of the main menu is a spoiler itself! Click through quickly if you're watching for the first time!

Great film

Does anyone really not know the ending ?

I couldn't believe it when Morgan Freeman turned out to be a woman.

Seen this at the cinema, only because couldn't get in to see Forest Gump........praise the lord !

I don't know if it was underrated - I've not met many people who don't love it and it was up for Best Film & Actor (Freeman) at the Oscars. It just didn't do well at the box office. I hate when I channel surf late at night and this starts as I HAVE to watch the whole thing!

Great film ain't seen it in years

This is a good film, no doubt about it.
Also the most overrated film on the planet.

Good film that's it not the best ever, Pulp Fiction is.

Have you been drinking again?oO

All these folk talking about the greatest movie ever clearly have not seen The Lego Movie... In 3d...in D-Box seats....yet.

Not even close to being the best ever film

And both written by the amazing Mr Stephen King.... all hail his genius.

Hot just because it is probably one of the best movies of all time.

Bargain. Everybody should have this in their DVD collection. Heat added.

Try this - HERE

Cold. Its on almost every week on TV.

Almost a crime to be selling one of the best movies of all time at this price. But if you've never seen it, BUY IT! Best quid you'll ever spend.

Underrated, you must be joking surely. This movie seems to appear in almost everyone's top 10 best films even if they haven't watched it. I agree with Fresno Bob above completely, a decent film but great? One of the top 10 most overrated movies more like.

If you have a favourite film it just means you haven't seen enough films.

Um, no. The Blu-Ray is far superior.

(Actually this film did kind of save my life, so I guess it is pretty good.... It's a loooooong story, but basically I had lost my mum six months before, and was in my second year at university and finding things difficult, left... Was kind if alone, Wandered around a strange town for a few weeks (didn't want to go home to my family, guess I was depressed) not knowing what to do with my life, saw this getting a good review on a Johnny Vaughn Movie review show (only movie that got four tens from the reviewers I believe), went to see it... Basically had a massive bawl out of tears at certain parts of the movie, and the ending blew me away, and that music over the titles felt like waves cleansing me....serious, never had such a reaction to a movie,...I went out walked around Salford Quays, had thoughts of realisation, of my feelings, etc) bought another ticket and went through it all again... And altogether saw it about ten times in two weeks. Really did feel like intense therapy, helped changed me,

I came back to my family home, and knew things wouldn't be easy as I now had debt, no plan, no qualifications for a decent job, and my dad who thought I was a waster (I knew he was upset about losing my mother though)... , but I always held Andy Dufresne in my heart, and kept going... I worked night shifts in a factory for two years for poor money, had little in the way of a social life as folk kind of let me down when I was down, except some great friends, I kept going... Etc

I was one of those folk who was pretty evangelical about the movie when it first came out, (I saw it on the first week of release, there was hardly anyone in the cinemas when I was going often)... so I do love that it is now regarded so highly)

So, yeah, my best film ever, more than a movie to me. (My life is a lot better now).

It's 19 years to the month that it came out in the UK (February 1995), but was released in September 94 in a few cinemas in America, so there may be some 20th anniversary stuff coming up...
