Noooooo, i want one but can't find any round Middlesbrough!
My old boss used to define an alcoholic, somewhat tongue in cheek, as "anyone who has drunk more than one bottle of British sherry" I suspect the same goes for this stuff oO. Try it, by all means for the experience, but is it actually possible to enjoy it? (_;) I'll stick to the Malts
Still £17.97 in Edinburgh... another store specific deal?
They were reduced to this at my local store a few weeks back. I thought they were just getting rid but this morning there was new stock. Can't remember how much but over £10. Think there was some adverse comment about the product last time it was posted. Hot price for the amount of alcohol if nothing else. (I was looking for the £17 for a litre of the normal Grouse offer but that had been emptied by bargain hunters.)

I drink a lot of single malts probably to much but then again you haven't met the missus. I bought a bottle of this a couple of weeks back as it was on offer in tescos and all I can say is that its still 3/4s full. Not nice on the taste buds but will vote hot on the price.
I would rate ordinary Grouse as the best blended whisky I've tried. No doubt I'll hear from others who know better.
Whisky for people who don't like whisky. Keep it for guests who want ice in their whisky or who want to mix it with fizzy pop or as a cocktail base, or as drain cleaner.
Well, this stuff is foul (even when left in the freezer as recommended) to the extent where I'd rather get a supermarkets own brand... But this is damn damn cheap, cheaper than value, smart price, basics etc, so heat added.
Well, only two left now. Was gonna get all three, but thought I'd try it first!

+1
Normal Grouse not bad but I don't like snow grouse wish I'd saved my £7
Actually Snow Grouse is interesting because its made from only Grain Whiskies where as everything else is either malt+grain or just malts blended together.

Grouse is okay better than some gut rot blends, i like it but there are better blends like JW Green label which is only malts no grain, Big Peat which is a blend of peaty flavour whiskies, Monkey Shoulder is another one with just malts.

Never tried Snow Grouse but Black Grouse is okay, im more into trying different single malts tho.
If its foul just use it as a mixer or pour it on the fire lol.

Well, this stuff is foul.

Surely you mean 'fowl'?
I like the stuff, but warning: keep it in the freezer as long as you can. It's oddly really nice if you can get it very very cold. Put the glass in the freezer too.

Obviously serving it on ice only waters it down and shouldn't be necessary.
What a bunch of snobs. Don't know why anyone bothers posting deals on here. Your just as bad as the "not full Hd"brigade

Single malt snob!

I happen to agree with you though...
For £7 it'd be ace in a coffee!!!

It's obviously not a single malt but show me a single malt for £7 (70ml)!!!

Taste is of course an individual thing. May I recommend that you try … Taste is of course an individual thing. May I recommend that you try Black Grouse or, even better, Black Bottle (if you can find it). Both have a high % of Islay malts and are as smooth as a good malt needing nothing added. Of course, you have to like that peaty, smoky flavour to enjoy them.+1

wow I popped my cherry got 250 heat and 20 comments. I'm all smug
still full price in dudley-yet another store specific wild goose chase

Or indeed a wild grouse chase!
Needs to be drunk straight from the freezer which makes it more drinkable, hot for the price but I do prefer my normal Whisky's so for £7 worth a try to see if you like it but remember from the freezer

OK, popped into Leighton Buzzard store and they are still selling for £17.97 or something.
Can't add it onto a delivery either.

Anyone else had any success?
Doesn't appear to be in Inverness...Adverse comments to be expected. It's like my brother trying to snob out drinking Ardbeg when he'd rather chug down a Old Pult or something. Endless arguments about what is best. As a blend I don't mind Grouse but haven't tried Snow. As this is a deal website, and this is deffo a deal I say have some heat. What a deal to pop on - mine never get above 46 degs but they are not as good a find as this.
