As you can see from the previous thread the Torps are short dated to the end of next month but if you've got something going on with friends/family then no doubt that won't be a problem.

Grab one of these in time for the World Cup too. Plus hope for more short dated beer to cover the 2 weeks that England will stay in the tournament.

Fabulous idea, but only 2L (3.5 pints) per torp, and a couple of hours to chill the torp ... so not for me (unfortunately).
Pure novelty. How does this differ from a ice cold can poured in a pint glass at a angle then straightened to produce a frothy head. How the hell do you keep the beer cold?? Was tempted but came to my senses.
Nearly went for this last night but common sense prevailed. £60 off tonight and common sense no where to be seen. Ordered. Have some heat!
I might come back tomorrow and run this through Excel!

The bundle on the Get deal link is the Heineken bundle for £109.99 I've added a link to the subs in the description. Just remember to use YOURETHEBEST code.

EDIT - see what you mean now, you've got to scroll to the bottom of the page to select the Champions Bundle but i've found the direct link now and added.

Yep In the description I linked to the £119 ones knocking down to £59.99
I really want one but can’t justify the on going expense of the torps.

heat added for the deal though

Hardly a expense
If anyone buys one, sign up to their emails. They tend to give good deals on the torps every couple of months. i normally buy a few months worth of whatever's on special. I've also ended up with a couple that i kept for too long and they were 2 months past the best before date by time i drank them but to be honest I couldn't tell the difference. Still tasted perfect so dont let the short dated stuff put you off.

I get the novelty of it, but what's the real difference of doing it this way? Surely cheaper buying cans from the shop at £2.58 a litre than the torps at roughly £3.75 a litre? Or am I missing something, other than I want one because it does look cool to pull a pint at home though...

Got the sub a few weeks ago and use it every weekend. Do they ever have any other short date beers other than Heineken?
Fail. Won't work

So what are you actually getting in this deal ? It's pretty confusing, what's the amount of liquor you will receive in pints value
if you look at your pic
its £109 discount
the price is £128.99
just tried it and im getting the same
"Complete your ultimate man cave"

Yeah...this seems perfect for the sort of geezer to refer to his office or room as a man cave
If you click into one of the non branded subs and scroll half way down the page they advertise the "ultimate party pack" which lets you buy the sub and the 16 short dated TORPs for £119.00 delivered.

You can obviouslly buy more torps, but the deal as it's posted is for 16 torps (plus the sub). Each torp is 2L.
But you can only chill 1 torp in the sub at a time. Maybe not so bad at this time of year (if you store the torps in the garage) or if you've got a fridge to chill them in until use I guess.

Heat given ... it's a great deal ... just not for me. I'd want 4L torps!

Nice spot! I'll add it in
Subs usually cost this for an hour
if it was a better lager then maybe !.

All the comments of this being a gimmick...these people obviously don’t have one.

I purchased on the Black Friday deal.
Yes the price per pint is expensive to cans or bottles from the supermarket.
Yes it’s a bit of a man cave purchase.
Yes you have to stock up...over £50 worth for free postage.
But the pints I have had from this machine are by far the most enjoyable drink I have had outside of being in the pub.
Its the closest you will get to a pub pulled pint while sitting at home...not the same, but very close.
So for the occasional drinker, who doesn’t always want to spend a fortune for a night out on the pop, this little machine is worth the “extra” cost above a can of beer that’s lost it’s head 2 minutes after you’ve poured it
I might come back tomorrow and run this through Excel!
great idea, looks cool but ill pass and buy some cans

Depends where you can store your ‘ice cold cans’

My fridge cools down to about 5 degrees, any colder and the food would be too cold, the Sub cools to 2 degrees
Confusing Post / Title and Instructions, or am I missing something here, why would you want to order 1 x Sub, then order the 1 x 16xBeers, then apply Code for for Sub discount down to £128, when you can just order the 1 x Special Bundle (1x Sub including 16x Beers) for £119 and no Code needed?

I can kind of see the attraction here, once youve bought the Sub, but your really relying on the fact that you'd be able to buy future refills of Beer at bundled or discount prices, otherwise its an expensive way to drink Micro Keg Beer compared to Supermarket prices.

Shame they dont do more Ales, they do a IPA but at £9 + Del for 2 Litres so works out very expensive, some might say its good for the occasional Drinker or one that doesn't always finish the second or third Can or Bottle, but your still better off buying from the Supermarket and throwing what you didn't finish down the Sink the next morning..
I love the sub. The beer deal is great. Dont worry about the date. Its the dugs heehaws

10% quidco tracked on my purchase as no discount code was used. If the cash back is confirmed it will make it £109.08
Damn if only payday wasn’t still a week away!
I did a taste test with a sub and happy shopper value beer - after we'd been testing for three hours - nobody could tell the difference.
so its not 60quid? i've no idea what this "Deal' is all about tbh. very confusing or expired?
potentially 10.5% cashback as well on the Sub

Heineken Sub Edition + 2 Torps + 6 glasses £109

The other option is a non branded sub plus 16 short dated torps for £119

a bit of branding, 2 torps and 6 glasses is not worth the extra £60 in my opinion

now i understand, by picking one of the coloured Krups and not the Heineken version. the non-branding didn't make sense

these are the items codes for each colour + subs shown above.

if you can't find them copy and paste the numbers into the search option at the top right

The SUB Rouge Edition (3045380012363)

I think personally I would wait for when perfect draft have a deal on again. They have a much better range of kegs and they are full sized too, just really expensive at full price. The beers on the bullet I wouldn't order in a pub so wouldn't really want the authentic pub taste anyways.

beerhawk.co.uk/per…nge
Anyone tried the Heineken wild lager? Don't mind Heineken on a hot day but I think that's a while away.
Whilst these are a good 'man cave' purchase, I've decided to go down the homebrew route & make a kegerator, much cheaper in the long term, & a helluva lot more impressive, plus you can say "I made that" & show people how it works as they sup on a perfect pint, which cost a lot less than these!
