Some of us have to tried to order this only to be informed that our orders have been cancelled.....

Ordered and cancelled. What a waste of time!!

yep ordered 3 times each time cancelled

Why do they keep reducing the price and putting it back on the site??

cos they're *****

All they seem to do at virgin, had more orders canclled than sent!

Just hope Halo 3 collectors @ £34 gets sent

Link now showing a new boxset deal of the day....

Sweeney set still £29.99.

....and still not able to order without getting cancellation emails.

No wonder Sir Dick sold out, can't say as I blame him. What a shambolic company.

Just tried to order this again and got another cancellation e-mail.

Have e-mailed their customer services department about this!

I've emailed them twice and no response. Tony Robbins would be proud of me though, i'm currently on my 11th attempt.

No retreat, no surrender PMSL.

By the way, my last order was at 10:53 and i'm still awaiting my 2 emails. Slackers.....

Can a mod please expire this offer!

Popped into my local Virgin Megastore this afternoon and noticed a few of these on display.....note the price on the red sticker!

There weren't that many!

I'm now in a bit of a quandry.....

The one I ordered online this morning STILL hasn't been cancelled but that doesn't mean i'll actually get it. On the other hand one of my local megastores has 2 sets at £30 each (I assume the other one is still selling them at £40)....

Wouldn't be a problem if only the website had a button the CUSTOMER could use to cancel an order. Now there would be a turnaround:giggle:

Can't you cancel the order by going to the my account section of the website?

It's gone back up to £34.99 on the site now.

Nah, theres no where to cancel on the website. Maybe they should read the DSR's a bit more closely, 7 days and all that and NOT force you to accept delivery and send stuff back. Anyway i've used their contact link and asked them to cancel the order but if it does turn up the bloke at the local VMS said he'll take it back and give a voucher refund/product exchange. Oh and the copy I just got was spot on £30 so it must be down to store discretion what they charge.
