When do you have to cancel ?

Says gift will take up to 28 days.so can just cancel when receive gift.and should still get last copy’s of the free trial
Just pay with a revolut disposable card
This is Dennis Publishing so the chances are the following will happen:

First couple of issues may arrive and then nothing further
Free gift will never appear
Upon contacting Dennis Publishing, they will say "we definitely sent them, they must have got lost in the post"
When you get utterly sick of their lies and leave a 1-star review on TrustPilot, they will reply saying that as the deal was promoted in an unauthorised way via HUKD, they cancelled the trial.

Utter crooks.
I've been a subscriber to The Week for nearly 20 years and I can thoroughly recommend it as a way to keep up with what's happening in the world and more. It has allowed me to read differing points of view of current events as it summarises the news from different agencies and newspapers to give a more rounded understanding. Plus it has sections on things like sport, financial, gadgets, food, wine etc. I've been in several conversational situations where I was able to talk knowledgeably and credibly because of an article that I had read from The Week.
I have had a few issues of The Week go missing over the years but a quick phone call gets another sent out quickly. I sometimes end up with two copies as the first one eventually arrives. I have several subscriptions to different magazines but this is one that I would loathe to lose. If you like to keep well informed from different sources, this magazine is definately worth a try. And Im not in any way affiliated with The Week magazine or Dennis Publishing.

Does anyone know what format the digital version comes in?

Do I need an app?

The site is rather light on detail of that.

I guess I could sub and find out, but that seems a waste.
Horrible company that will try and recharge if you cancel their DD. Really not worth the effort or hassle.

Did the free trial last year.. didnt cancel and haven’t regretted it.. in these crazy extreme times, some balanced views are much welcomed
I just wonder how they make profit with sending free magazines and free gift including delivery cost. No wonder they have clause for misuse otherwise most people will just take free stuff and leave. PS. I don't work or read this magazine.
Does anyone *really* need a tiny plastic usb desk fan? They move about as much air as a mouse farting.
I signed up for something similar earlier in the year with a free notebook.

However, when I queried where the free item was they said they'd send it within 28 days of the initial payment being taken! Still haven't received it.

The digital version of The Week is in it own format with page navigation etc. You dont need an app as it will be presented through your browser.

Thanks. I've found browser based readers a bit hit and miss in the past but worth a try for free.
