What a game! Bargain at this price so many great moments...

Loved the Witcher 2 but I still haven’t played this. I’ve got too many games to play at the moment too🙈
Simply the best rpg game in history. Hot!
One of the best rpgs in a long long time
One of the best games of all time.
One of the few games I’ll play again from the start.
didnt really enjoy the start of it. really need to get into it. suppose to be amazing.

I remember this feeling in the beginning - probably because I found myself in the middle of nowhere with barely any objectives. You just need to accumulate a bit of questlines to feel the story. I spent the first 30 min fighting ghouls from horseback btw
Do I need to have played the first 2 before playing this?
Picked this up to replace my original copy such a shame I have to start over
One of the greatest games ever made.

Not necessary.

Also, the books are amazing.

Definitely not, I haven't played the first two and this is probably in my top 3 games of all time, it's simply amazing.
I really enjoyed this game, but I, like everyone else have tons of games I need to play 😬......... to buy or not to buy, at this price 😳🤯🤪
Bought, thanks OP!

Clear your backlog first especially if you played the base game already. This will be on digital sale again eventually, no need to panic buy.

I was close to buying it for £14 on Steam but have way too many RPGs on backlog so will clear those first. Just makes sense to hold off.

If it never drops this low again, there's plenty of other games to play anyway or I'll probably end up paying a bit more.

So true! I'm currently trying not to buy any games till I touch my backlog but boy it is so hard
Heart of Stone DLC had better story than main game.
Put this one at the front of the backlog queue folks, shove everything else aside. This game is an absolute belter!
Never heard of it.

I've not played the other two and a guy does quiz you about past events but I only came across that once near the beginning. Also there are references to the other two games (ie characters popping up or reading stuff) but I haven't felt the need to purchase them. The game is slow to begin with and at the time I wasn't enjoying it. Then I met the Bloody Baron and when you get immersed in his story it becomes more, however the Bloody Baron is a side quest but it is quite lengthy and worth following through. I have come across some audio glitches so keep the subs on at all times. But yeah I'm enjoying this without having played the other 2.

On my 3rd play through of Skyrim (this time on my switch) so I'd question if this is the best RPG ever :-p Bargain price though for a great game, heat added!
This and The Last of Us best games ever made.

This price isn't even the lowest it has been (£13.99), so I'd definitely suggest waiting :).
Currently £16.99 in Argos for both PS4 and XBO if you’d rather have a physical copy. Picked one up this afternoon from the Wimbledon store.
170 hours in. Absolute bargain. In my top 5 of all time.

Forget your backlog, there's nothing in there any better than this game! It's a perfect blend of story, combat, and exploration. Also helps that it's a beautiful looking game too. I've played it on Xbox One, PC and now going through on PS4. It's like a fine wine, gets better with age.
