The World At War [11 DVD Box Set] DVD £27.89

The World at War was first broadcast 31st October 1973, when memories of the Second World War were still clear in people's minds and the war's veterans numerous. This unique television series was able to assemble these recollections, together with archive footage into one of the most powerful and successful historical documentaries ever seen. The voices of those that fought, worked or watched during the Second World War gave each episode a vivid sense of what it was like to be there and was the hallmark of the series.
Over 30 years on, the series is still widely acknowledged to be the definitive history of the Second World War - the best of its kind.

This 35 1/2 hour 11 disco box set contains;
- Original 26 Episodes.
- 8 Special Presentations.
- 3 hour 30th Anniversary Disc containing previously unseen interviews and retrospective interviews with the original production team.

Please stop posting so many deals for the same retailer, at least not so quickly between deal posts, the new tab is literally littered with deals from sendit!

Dont be sorry, its only my point of view, its just I always look in the 'new' tab of the site, and all Im seeing is posts for one retailer.

Sometimes the deals are so good they justify having their own deal post, but other times they could be put into a thread like 'huge sale at hmv' with examples and links within that thread.
I didnt mean to make you feel uncomfortable at all. :friends:

Only £27.83 at Blahdvd with iPoints etc (where I got it for £26.37 last month thanks to a tip on here, when it was £5 more elsewhere).
Only £27.99 at HMV with variety of referral credit/cashback opportunities.
If you want to find a cheap DVD usually fastest to try find-dvd.co.uk
Not sure why people bother with a few pence on a DVD - a few POUNDS yes, a few pence no.

i did look on find-dvd.co.uk - and just have and this deal is still posted as the cheapest deal on there - so not sure whay you are asking me to check that site ?

Also - you get cashback on sendit - just as you do on the sites you have mentioned - so i don't really understand your post

Okay just to spell it out a bit clearer as I was offering constructive criticism rather than waffle/insults:
a) I instantly found a better deal than you when prompted to think
b) HMV is only a few pence more anyway
c) These sort of deals are readily accessible on price comparison sites such as FindDVD
d) It's good of you to post what you presumably thought was a "HotUKDeal" but when that deal is just a handful of PENCE cheaper/more-expensive than other retailers I'm not sure how much the time taken by you will be valued by people - personally I look for a 10-30% edge to justify making the effort to share with people (who also need to spend time studying the HUD).

Anyway keep up the good work - you're far more generous with your time than me - and seems Sendit has quite a fanclub of posters recently so they must be doing something right, even if not best in this case.
