Amiga or nothing!

Heat for amazon.

Missing an awful lot of classics on that list and a bunch of them are more known for the Amiga versions.

There is something deeply ironic needing to plug in a keyboard too.

Wish it had Last Ninja 1 & 2 on it, ahhh memories!

Looks decent but Pre order for February 2018?

The thing is it does not say pre-order. So do they charge now?

Anything with Monty Mole is gonna be hot from me!

Charge on dispatch.

No Thrust.....no deal.

Loving some of the games, heat from me just for the memories.

Never had this back in the day (I was an Amstrad CPC boy before the Amiga) but hot!

Since its Amazon Ill preorder, but it would be nice to know some more details e.g. If you can add games other than through basic or export any basic projects

I wonder if the 'computer' is inside the joystick as this looks suspiciously like the old DTV.

No, it says you can add or use any usb joystick and the firmware can be upgraded via usb stick which goes into the main unit.

Ah, the golden age of gaming.......

In my opinion, really needs Turrican 1 and 2 to be hailed a must buy!

I had a commodore plus 4, where's the remake for me?

hahaha i remember "monty" truly great

This is an odd one, there were two C64 consoles on Indiegogo from the same company but they ran out of dosh to fulfil those orders so they're selling this mini thing hoping they make enough to create the originals?

The OG backers currently have nothing to show for their money while anyone else can just grab these.

EDIT: Original backers will also get a Mini, so if this sells well enough they get both for the price of one.

None of the Dizzy games??

Rainbow Islands?
New Zealand Story?
Batman? Trolley Walley???

why do you need a usb neyboard what's wrong with the one supplied?

Seems to have been greeted with disdain from the Facebook C64 groups, and have to say, they've messed up not releasing a full size version with a working keyboard that actually functions as a C64 did/does. An emulator can do all this and more already, and there's at least 2 new variants of the C64 coming in the near future (one FPGA and the other a recreation needing original chips).

Seems a bit of a lemon to me.

There'd be serious licensing issues with all those

It's not a working keyboard from what I've read.

Surely Codemasters/Taito would be happy for some cash (I'm not sure Ocean exist anymore for Batman tho and Trolly Walley was independent )

think ill I'll pass on this tho my

I know. It seems completely ridicilous releasing it in a keyboard format that doesn't work.
Just a little box would have been better if the keyboard is just for show.

I presume you can't attach the tape player to this. It's a shame if you can't as there is an nifty trick of you using sound bytes from the original tape source to play it through the player with a 3.5mm tape adapter.

"I need your help to get me back to the year 1982 !"

Would probably get it, but they still haven't given the original c64 to the backers of the 100k they used to back this mini. How no one says anything about it is flabbergasting

I've still got the original C64 in working order ( well it was when i last tried it about 8 years ago ) and about 80 - 100 games, and a box full of the C64 magazines remember them you got a tape with a full free game and demo's of upcoming games stuck to the cover, also had a section with programming projects great for learning basic programming. Heat from me just for taking me back there.

.. or the "minus sixty", as it was more commonly known.

This is RRP and not remotely rare. No deal here.
