Have been looking for some thermal blackout curtains for the kids bedroom before it gets cold and the clocks go back and came across these. Look like they'll do the job and cheaper than Dunelm and Argos from what I can tell so happy days! Went for the blue ones at £15.50 but some other colours are cheaper. £4.95 delivery (couldn't find any free delivery codes anywhere) but free del. if you spend over 49 quid.

There's also a 70% off sale section.

Not sure if this is a store sale as well or just online.

Anyone know if these actually work? We;ve had to buy the ones that stick on the window as well as the ones we got didn't exactly black the room out

You will never achieve total black out with curtains unless you can find a way to attach the curtain rail totally flush with the wall you are hanging them from even then you would need to ensure they were flush with the wall at the bottom of the curtain and at the sides.

That being said i use black out curtains and they let light in but they really cut down the glare in the room which is what will wake you up
Their website is screwed. Ah working now, shame they're not eyelit.

these curtains are a great bargain .they do as they say they keep the light out and they keep the heat in .they work like a reflector. [img][/img] [u rl=]
