Got strong armed into doing a build for a friend, they insisted on this case, I've heard nothing but good things about it from a quality perspective.

Wish it wasn't open frame and had panels all the way around.

same price on amazon

Yeah, the Eclipse price is literally the lowest we found, not that there's much in it

Hah, Eclipse Computers. I ordered a harddrive from them once - they took my money, never shipped the drive, and ignored any emails I sent them about it. They also signed me up to their spam list, and wouldn't honour my request to unsubscribe. So, for the last six or seven years, whenever a website's asked me for an email address, I've always given [email protected]eclipsecomputers.com . I hope it's wasted plenty of their time and helped them to miss out on lots of sales.

If you are a customer they're allowed legally to send you marketing emails. Did you try phoning them?

Only downside I found was the pice raiser cable for the GPU it seems to be a common fault as they bend it for packaging. They replaced it without issues. It's an amazing case . Big but nice. I call it computer porn as my computer is. NOw naked

On a side not if you want to use and all in one liquid cooler you need the AIO brackets which you can get for 12 to 15 quid on scan and not the 30 to 40 quid other places charge.

They're legally allowed to send me marketing emails if they have my explicit consent, and they are legally obliged to stop sending me their marketing emails if I revoke permission. They didn't.

And no, I stuck with emailing them, which is the communication method with which they were quite happy to engage, until I started asking for my money back. Do you think they would have suddenly started honouring their legal obligations if I'd used an alternative means to communicate with them? Do you think I should have to?

I think the law states that they can contact you if you are a customer, which you were. They are legally obligated to stop sending you emails when you request it. I suggested a method other than email since it's clearly not working for you. For all you know you are marked as SPAM in their system and they're simply not seeing your emails. Communication does not seem to be your strong point. And you've posted here that you spent time signing them up for things they've no relation to and hoped to have a negative impact on their sales. This is actually illegal.

Which part? If you mean your communications issues this is a pretty good example.

You'd be surprised how many people buy it thinking it is..

Looks pretty interesting. Obviously, not the best acoustically but it's good to see case manufacturers doing something different from a visual design standpoint.

This looks like some mad scientist's contraption!

Anyone know what that digital monitoring screen is at 3:20 in the video?

I'd pay the extra and get it from Amazon to be honest!

Eclipse aren't great from my experience

2 random pipes at the bottom going nowhere... definitely "for illustration purposes only"...

They can contact you but they are not allowed to send any form of marketing with out explicit consent.

B2b has different laws but b2c is very strict.

Sorry for the long quote I'm using my mobile

That's not the same machine.

Hand down Amazon over eclipse

how much would water-cooling package cost for this? as this ones seems to be a insane price scan.co.uk/pro…E3w

Would a 1070 fit in this?

Thanks but they didn't ask about the machine, they were asking what the LCD display is.

Have not heard that name in ages.

I ordered a motherboard from eclipse computers that was faulty. I kept phoning them, sent them letters, they were rude and I had the phone slammed down on me. This was after sending back the faulty motherboard with the rma no.

That dragged on for weeks.

I ended up taking them to court. They never turned up and I won the case. A cheque was then sent to me a few days later. No letter of apology, just the cheque in the envelope (2nd class stamp)

They had to pay court costs.

Stay away because their customer service does not exist.

Wanted this case after my mate showed me it.

Would take some planning to get this looking good. Awesome price!

You mean the two drains? Not for illustration purposes but it is fairly standard when building a custom watercooling loop to add a drain at the lowest point you can, in this particular loop with a vertical mounted res alongside the radiator it would be needed

yay i can see all the dust now

Yes. I have inno3d 1070, right now, plenty of space

in-Win that's where you need to look if you want to see different, such as the In-Win H Tower, InWin H-Frame, In-Win D Frame they make this tower look pedestrian.

the p5 is rather large, the newer p3 is about the right size amazon.co.uk/The…=p3

Those two pipes are for filling / draining the system.

Don't buy from Eclipse pay the extra somewhere else.

I've always wanted to be able to see all the dust gathering in every corner of my PC.
