    is the Tesco Contigo one at £4.50 a better deal or is the Contigo mug not as good?

    Contigo mugs are a much better mug. If they are available in your local Tesco at £4.50, get one of those.

    These are a bit rubbish. Water leaks and tends to get between the inner and outer shell. Capacity wasn't great either.

    They've had years to fix the problem with these. Wonder what's stopping them. Overstocks?

    The seal between plastic and metal that gets quite hot? Doubt they can fix that. I have this and one made entirely of steel, much prefer the metal one. This one also likes to whistle because of the vapour escaping from inside.

    Had a thermocafe before and it was as well insulated as a poundshop travel mug.

    The Summit "Camping" mugs at Tesco for £6/6.50 aren't bad though. And they fit my car cupholders...
