Or one could sleep with one as a sort of anti-hot-water-bottle in warm weather.
Another thing I didn’t need...heat added and ordered

Thanks @DealDroid
Bought these recently, too big to fit across the cool box without taking out the dividers - 40 litre Halfords electric one, so hardly little, check the sizes before purchase.
Jeez.... now I need to find a cool box to fit these in. This site is draining on the cash. +1 OP 😁
Just what I was looking for , ordered.

Have some Heat

Never underestimate the dangers of dihydrogen monoxide!
Wow - talk about fast delivery, mine was delivered in less than 15 hours from ordering and on a Sunday(!)? Bit confused by this product - all the ones I've had before have had special chemicals to make the cold last for ages. This only has water in it to freeze and is so thin, can't see it lasting very lol per use.

That's OK, these are most effective on top of items, since heat rises.
got 2 of these in my new fridge freezer, wasn't sure what it was for hahaha
I used our cool box yesterday. Froze Capri suns and juice and this kept everything wonderfully cool, including a warm bottle of champagne which was chilled to perfection. Sat them in the sun to melt and kids drank them afterwards. I used to use these boards but they take up far too much precious space. However, heat for the price.

Gel packs are far superior to these, as the thin boards melt faster
Order some food from muscle food and you get loads of gel packs included.

Had to get my lad to explain this - Di = 2, Mono = 1 therefore 2 Hydrogen, 1 Oxygen = H2O (ie Water) I get it now - Genious!!!
Are these any good for piles? If long car journey ahead.
Are these any better than the ones you find in the £ shop ?
These are great for my freezer bag and do actually last quite a few hours. Had my previous large flat one for at least 3 years and not cracked and were dearer than these Thermos ones. We use them on overnight trips and don't open freezer bag until you arrive.
