A good flask. Normally around the 20 quid mark
Do these leak if you drop them once like the cup thermos ones?

They pretty sturdy so I don't think so but never dropped it
I dropped one of the 330 travel mugs, and I could see 3 small hole in the base which leaked.
I took it back Sainsbury's and got a new one.
You could see 3 small imperfections in the metal in the base, but it didn't leak. As soon as I dropped it( small drop a normal cup would survive) the base had holes in it again.
Now i assume I had a faulty batch with very thin gauge stainless steal, but for a leading brand I was amazed how low the durability was.

It’s a food flask, a different structure to the drinks ones.

Had these for my kids for school. Best thing I’ve bought for lunches!! They’ve withstood almost two years of use (including being dropped several times).

My bad, I didn't read the description, I just noticed that these are on the same shelf as the one I picked up, so assume it was for a big drink haha
Never understood why these cost so much more than the other Thermos Food Flasks even though they hold a little less. The other shape Thermos Food Flasks are down to £6 @ tesco.

Half price compared to amazon, great deal!
I have one of these from when it was last on sale at Sainburys, love it, great for warm soup, when hiking in Winter.
I bought one of these a while back. They're great. I brought it to work and one of the apprentices asked "What have you got there?" to which I replied " It's a Thermos food flask. It keeps hot food hot and cold food cold. He said " That sounds brilliant. I think I'll get one. A week later he brings one into work. I said " You got one then?" and he said "Yeah, but it's not very good though". I said "Why? What you got in it?" He replied "Some cream of tomato soup and two choc ices"..................................True story.
anyone know where I can get a spoon for this? Ive lost the original it came with

Thankyou .. shame it's oos @ the moment
This is such a good product, I use mine most days (especially this time of year) at work. I've dropped it a couple of times and it works as well as it did when I first bought it.
Remember that to get the best out of it if you are keeping soup warm, you will first need to put in boiling water for 5 mins or so,otherwise your soup will be tepid after a couple of hours. Great product though, just had my lunch from mine.
