This is brilliant food flask.
I bought one about a year ago when it was on deal for £10.
My wife insisted to buy another for my son. According to her, this keeps food warm for more than 6 hours. I had it in my wish list since then.
Today morning I saw it reduced for £12, so I ordered my second one.
Just posting here, so that it may help to someone else.

Description:
Thermos vacuum insulation technology for maximum temperature retention; keeps hot for 7 hours and cold for 9 hours
Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with insulated stainless steel lid that doubles as a serving bowl
Cool to the touch with hot liquids, sweat-proof with cold
Extra wide mouth and full-size folding stainless steel spoon

Good reviews look like a useful item thanks for posting OP

Great flask, but not that big - only 475 ml. Probably good for little kids though. They do a larger 710ml version but it's not on offer right now.

I paid 20 for this. They are great!

This is an amazing food flask. Have been using mine for 3 years now. Pre treat with boiling water and it keeps a hot can of food steaming hot for at least 6 hours.

Picked one up from Tkmaxx for £5.99 over Christmas after a recommendation.
Might be worth a look if you have one nearby. Their thermos range seems fairly consistent but it's obviously all chance at that place.

Darn missed it now £15.00.

Yup, that's the right way to do it. works very well if you preheat the flask. can confirm it is not very big and the included spoon gets a bit floppy after a few years. I chuck mine in the dishwasher and although the paint is peeling it is a tough little flask.
