    Mine only lasted about 6 months. It takes in water when washing and it gets stuck inside the mug walls, rusting the screw on the base.

    Heard this from others so I didn't buy, spent £12 or so on the contigo streeterville instead when it was on offer before Christmas. Very happy with it.

    Got one at Christmas. Used it for the second time today.

    First time was great. Today it leaked.

    Cold.

    Aprat from the inevitable water ingress into the bottom of the mug, it can be a pain to clean the lid due to the slide close mechanism - stuff can get in there, particularly if you're drinking hot choc or other milk containing drinks

    I bought one for work in January 2022 its one year old today used multiple times a day 5 days a week for 12 months and good as new.. Best thing is easily keeps a coffee hot for 30+ minutes and warm for much longer.

    These are awful. It leaks, water gets trapped between the layers...
    Really cheap product.

    These are utter crap, im glad its called a "desk mug" now as the lid is useless and it is a pain to clean. Just dont bother with this, if you want a thermos then get a contigo as they are usually on offer and are a much better item.
