Thanks I ordered a few more albums as you only pay one lot of postage so that makes it a better deal/
Ordered thanks OP
Just bought this the other week and really impressed with it for the price. Good reviews too. (Price varies by colour, looks like red is the cheapest) Lenco L-85 Yellow | 33 & 45 RPM Semi-Automatic Belt Drive USB Turntable for Vinyl with Integrated Stereo Pre-Amplifier and Moving Magnetic Cartridge (MMC) - Yellow Record Player amazon.co.uk/dp/B00PSHPKPK/ref=
I agree and they artists in the wrong sections Marvin Gaye in Jazz? There’s bugger all in there l’ll stick with my local 2nd hand record store.
Juno.co.uk there's no way to go wrong there.
That website sucks. Limited choices and search doesn't work properly.
Damn, The Jam box set has sold out. Good price for that. Would have had it for that price. Oh well :(
Above code worked for me, heat! And thanks
I also got these along with some Nick Drake.
been after urban hymns for a while - got that and best of ian brown (double album) for price of urban hymns everywhere else
£60 well spent. heat... now enter the record audiophiles to bitch off new vinyl. (y)
I have about 27 records after starting collecting the past year, very tempted by the Bon Jovi set at £200. I've messaged Amazon about a price match just in case I can get it from them :)
Thanks. It's history really so only mildly curious. There must be a few of them that are worth a bit I amgine.
Have a look on Discogs.com as that will give you an idea of what they would now buy/sell for. You can add your whole collection there as well (which is a bit of an eye opener) :)
Quite a lot of them were worth £10 20 years ago when I sold them so curious what they'd go for now.
Quite alot I'd imagine... I'm at the other end of the scale... Although mid 40's as soon as I could I bought a CD player and built my CD collection. Then by the late 90's I was coverting them all to MP3... I never sold my CD's or the few vinyls I did have though. But now I have some half decent equipment and speakers I much enjoy playing a vinyl. Over the last 18mths I've bought around 300 vinyls, some new but most are original, quality varies but for an excellent condition vinyl/sleeve, jazz funk from the late 70's or 80's I'd pay around £10-15. In some cases I'm buying original vinyls where I already have the original CD (are you aware of the Mastercuts compilation series from the 90's)... I still want the CD for digital quality, but the sleeves, holding the vinyl and hearing it's warmth is far more enjoyable.
some guys have all the luck......
How on earth he was made a Sir is beyond me but I expect Posh Spice OBE might disagree oO
this isn't a hot rod.
Out of stock.
Looks like it's sold out or something ...
Probably the greatest swan song of all time (in my humble opinion). Johnny Cash on these albums is at his best! I'm a huge Johnny Cash fan, I love most of his records and these are what got me into him. I could listen to The man comes around album on loop for days and not get bored. It's all produced by Rick Rubin and he knows a thing or too about recording.
Great collection of super-high quality recordings
Why's it not cool?
Oh well you can't have everything
Not many to choose from but great price, two Eminem albums in there
This must be a record price. ;)
Needs to include p&p , roughly , £3.95 per order also
