Same here (just the 2 kits though). No issues at all with the service - I guess problems only occur if you need to return something for whatever reason.
Free delivery just works if you spend over £39 i believe?
Santa was in the doghouse for not delivering the kit on Xmas morning...
Yikes. I wish I'd seen this before placing an order. Made the mistake of assuming that because I'd heard of the brand, they couldn't be that bad. Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed everything arrives as it looks like anything requiring contact with Kitbag is an absolute disaster.
