Leather shoes on Buy one get one free! £39.99 for two pairs! @ London Evening Standard
Found 25th Jan 2016Found 25th Jan 2016
I found this in Evening Standard newspaper. Buy one get one free on all leather shoes. Not bad deal! £20 for one pair on the deal!

thanks for your feedback, I was planning to get them this afternoon, but I guess I won't

These are the shoes from Clifford James / Samuel Windsor, and contrary to the post above, these are comfortable, good leather and don't wear out after three or four wears - years maybe but not wears. These are the same price direct though, so not really a deal.

These are probably the worst shoes you could ever buy! I got them. The heels wore out after three or four wears. They take weeks and many blisters to wear in. And the leather upper is paper thin and cracks. Really uncomfortable to wear. Sorry OP. I'm sure that you posted in good faith, but these are to be avoided at any price.

Much better than I thought it was going to be. The 3 leads were phenomenal.. Well worth going to. (You can get cheap day seats by queing in the morning on the day). Yesterday, they started handing out wristbands at 10.00am, and reached 250 by 10:40. As some people only wanted one ticket, I think that they allocated tickets to people up till around 10:50. Also, they only gave out unsold tickets, starting from the front. So I was first in the queue, and got row D. The people behind me got row E. I. think that most people were in the rear stalls or the circle.

what was the show like any good

Fair point, but it's quite a large minority! Even the people who work at that theatre aren't all working 9-5...

You're in the minority though

You do know that not everyone works 9-5, Monday to Friday don't you? If they'd handed them out in the evening or on a Saturday then I would have been at work (I'm at work now in fact). Not all offers are perfectly available to everyone.

Thanx. :-)

Yes & No, depends how it comes?. IF its already 'Printed' in the Paper & they stipulate such then YEP! (no advisable). But IF (like NOW) your clearly not able to hook it up via a 'Paper' (as both Tuesday AND Yesterday have now longgggg passed?) then NOPE!, as u literally have little to no choice left again? (so advisable instead), & even moreso when that 'Print' is off of their own Website AND in PDF Format too of all things? (eg. 'Print-Out' is obviously then more likely to 'Mirror-Image' the original too?, so ..... ) Lol. :-)

is it legal to print off? I doubt so

Pouring with rain today, some guy on a bike went straight across two lanes of moving traffic then the wrong way round the Elephant and Castle roundabout........either completely drunk or a complete idiot but either way very lucky the sunday drivers were out and the HGV drivers weren't. You should try up North, £5 gets you a whole weekend out. ;)

Done, sorry should have made that clear, us londoners seem to think the whole country is like part of London.

So where do you think all the other deals come from? A deal is a deal, regardless of the source.

Pretty sure it's gonna cost me more than a fiver to get to London. So maybe you should put London in the title.
