This is definitely hot! Is it still on?
Aye. Manchester one is now an Ibis styles. Very nice decor. But old pool abandoned in basement.
Wow. Not many Thistle hotels left these days. What happened?
Not at Thistle Express in Luton, which is as quick or quicker to get to than a lot of areas of London and has 24/7 trains which a lot of London doesn't have!
Prices are horrendous for London !
NO WAY £39 .......
Like how they have put in Luton as 'around London'
This hotel group still around ???? Thought they went down with Leeds Utd
Had a few other hotel groups listed in mine - all only based in London. The only non-London hotel amongst all offers appears to be the Thistle in Poole. I've stayed there and found it perfectly fine but completely soulless. Staff were a bit dozy if memory serves.
Not on my Elderflower infused Nectar Amex Card unfortunately
Thanks for finding that. Booked a weekend in Edinburgh, was going there anyway :)
This hasnt expired. Has anyone tried book a non-refundable room for a stay after expiry date? Would be interested to see if the cashback still works as the card is charged at the time??
Already posted - https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/amex-50-back-100-spend-thistle-guoman-hotels-2022684 Open to all with an Amex to enrol now.... https://enroll.amexnetwork.com/GB/en/UK201410iDOEAutumnLodgingDiningThistle/
I really need this offer at the mo because I'm trying to book a hotel but alas it never appears :o(
tailored to specific card?coz i didnt get this for my card
Was just about to post this, looks like there's some good deals to be had with the cheap rates including weekends. This link from Travelzoo maybe handy too... http://sales.thistle.com/?tmad=c&tmplaceref=JanSale14&tmcampid=41&tmclickref=TZ14Newsflash&utm_source=Travelzoo&utm_medium=TZ14Newsflash&utm_campaign=JanSale14&email_id=312
Shame Tesco Clubcard don't have Thistle on their list anymore, that'd be a steal.
Was gonna book a couple of nights in Glasgow next week but it doesn't say whether or not it includes breakfast. Anyone know please? Can't be bothered phoning them
ON a council estate. It's The May Fair Can't you get anything right ? (_;)
This time next year Rodney we'll be millionaires ;-)
Try the Mayfair its decent or The Savoy
is breakfast included?? ;)
Just booked 2 nights (Sunday/Monday) for working at a customers site - Deluxe King Size - cracking price for the standard of accomodation - Much better than the usual digs in Swindon Yep - Customer is paying8) as well - held off booking a Suite. Other hotels were coming up at nigh on £200 or more for a hotel!! Thanks OP!! Mega Hot from me!!
When I was checking a few deals yesterday most of them were coming up with the discount but now it looks like some of the discounted rates are sold out - especially at weekend. Sadly its going to be pot luck if the discount is still available for the hotel/dates you require.
It automatically adds the code ONLINE, still comes out at full price
Use the code ONLINE in the avalibitly search box and you should get the discount
Not valid for weekends....
The site kept crashing yesterday because there were so many people on there, they even emailed me to say sorry I couldn't process my order because of the problems due to so many people being on there. So it is possible that the rooms on promo have gone sorry :-(
All the ones I look for in Scotland (on participating dates) are £100+ and apparently there are no Summer promotion rooms available! Either I'm too late or it's not a great offer...
thistle get hot
most of their hotel are awful, check review. stayed in Thistle Atlantic, it was a sh1te hole
i used to work for a travel company, and use to book hotels though holiday extras (u will need a agent log in for this) but this hotel should only cost £22 per room per night. novotel is £25 & park inn from £29. so if any of you know ne who works in travel get them to book it for you...
Sorry, voted cold, offer actually starts at 34.50 per person per night, thus making it 69 pounds per room per night for the cheapest places. Better deals found with the Hilton 50% off, or the Intercontinental 2 for 1 offers for the same dates I checked Feb half term.
indeed, my bad
Is the cost not per person per night, rather than per room per night?
