Thousands of free Anime episodes / series @ Crunchyroll

Thought I'd share this as I'm not sure how many people are aware of this excellent website. Basically, you can watch (stream in HD) any number of Anime TV (and Drama) series for free - from the obscure to the mainstream. It's an excellent resource for trying anime out / checking out shows etc. No need to sign up too if you prefer to dip in.
It is totally free, except you do get adverts in between shows; so think of it like an online ITV for Anime fans.
There is an option to go advert free for 14 days if you like, with a free Premium trial crunchyroll.com/fre…ial
You can download the free app for various devices too crunchyroll.com/dev…ces e.g. Apple, Android, Windows, PS4, XB1 etc.

Anyway, a few Anime series that are worth checking out (IMO) are:-
The Ancient Magus Bride
Death Parade
Parasyte The Maxim
Fairy Tale
Attack On Titan

^^^That's just a few that are worth a watch. I'm sure there'll be some more HUKD Anime aficionados who will add some more in comments. My personal faves out of that small list are Parasyte and Death Parade.

Anyway, if you are new to Anime, it's worth a look and if you are a seasoned pro it's a nice reminder.

If you're a free member the max quality is 480p. Still has a huge selection though.

Couple of guest passes for people to have a look at the premium content, they'll give you 48hrs if you've already used up your premium trial
Crunchyroll is good, the only reason i dont use them much is how far behind certain series are (or just flat out missing 2/3rds of a series) but you will get good quality videos with professional subtitles
Just seen the reviews and it seems there are too many ads with some 10 mins long and unskippable.
Anyone know where I can watch Tokyo Ghoul?

Looks like Toonami did have it a decade ago but for now you'll need the Blu-rays and that must be one serious collection

I don't think I've ever seen a 10 minute long ad on there, they do tend to repeat the same ad 3 times in a row though. I still remember the Beats advert on there from a couple of years ago.
If you want to watch One Piece, connect to a US server via a VPN app (I use Windscribe) and then launch the Crunchyroll app. After you do that you can stop the VPN and Crunchyroll will still give you access to US content as long as you don't close/restart the app. As I understand region check is only done at launch.

Here are 3 Premium+ Guest Passes for 48 Hours if you wish to extend your free trial

Dragon Ball Super for free is definitely max 480p free. I resort to watching it on YouTube for free on Sunday mornings at 720p mostly instead.(whilst carefully avoiding spoilers - the DBZ YouTube community is a cesspit of spoilers, clickbait and haters), Toei does take the videos down quickly but new links always pop up.

Oh sweet, I didn't realise Crunchyroll was free. Avoided it for years because I presumed it was a subscription only service like Netflix.

You can get premium free (NO trial). Obviously there are other sites that are available to watch 720 or 1080p.
I have the premium trial, but on many occasions app gets stuck at beginning of an episode with loading animation rolling..
anyone else experienced this issue?
(I'm using nvidia Shield TV box so android)
I have very fast fibre and the problem is not because of connection etc..
