I'm already with three and I need to keep my number, can I buy this and just change my number over?

Not straight forward - But yes, you can.
you have to port out and then port back in.
you can order free Asda sim - port your number over to Asda from three.
Once ported, you can get PAC code from Asda, and port it back to this new three number

Amazing deal, very tempting but i am Not gonna touch any contracts like this until April as cpi and inflation would make big difference.. we are only looking at 6 months £1 but from April the price will be much higher. Better off messing around with 3 months lyca and lebara until April imo.
Also hukd should have an estimated cpi impact on these contracts as many people find it confusing (edited)
    Avatar
No guarantee you'll find a similar offer in April. Could be this time next year again by all accounts. And OP has included in the description that three have a fixed rate of 4.5%. Meaning the last 6 months would be at £9.41 p/m instead of £9. (edited)

Not sure of this one but I have previously been on a similar offer where effective price post cashback was £1/m. Am currently on a £2/m for 12GB from 3 via AM so definitely not too good to be true if you can get hold of this.

Have some heat, OP. Hope the deal remains when my Lebara 6 mo 1p contract expires.

    Nice one

How do they make money ??? Is it when people forget to claim etc . As that's so much cheaper then 3 it self ....
    Avatar
Exactly this. You fail to claim or don't do it properly... They still have their commission but you don't have your cashback
  11. Avatar
Great deal, shame Three absolutely sucks where I live.

amazing deal! my current contract expires 27 November, if I got the 3 contract now would I be able to port my number from ee in 2 months time or they wouldn't let me? (edited)
    Avatar
I have the same question, can we port a number to a contract that has been running for a few months? Anyone knows the answer? Thank you in advance!

P.S a great deal, thanks op!! Some heat!! (edited)
  13. Avatar
Cheers op ordered and topcashback is tracking at £21.25! if that stays the case (which it probably won't} I'll have made a profit
  14. Avatar
How do you keep finding these deals OP LOL. Not available when searching on the buymobiles site. (edited)

I'm not very clued up on how these cash back deals? does this rely on 3 honouring the cash back?

I trust 3 less than I trust my wife's boyfriend.

Has anyone any experience of claiming cashback?
    Avatar
Yes. Follow the instructions and it’s seamless.

Any predictions on how long this deal will be available for? Phone contract is ending next month and wanna wait until then to get this one started
    Avatar
How long is a piece of string.
  22. Avatar
How long have you got till you activate this SIM? I want to order it now, so that I get the offer, but I want activate the SIM and port out of my current contract around 20 OCT. Can I activate it at a later day (around 15 OCT) or billing starts as soon as you order? (edited)
    Avatar
It probably doesn't matter either way for the sake of spending £1 for one month does it?
  23. Avatar
Silly cheap, if Three data works for you, and for lots of people enough data ♨️🔥
  24. Avatar
Also I use airtime rewards and my cashback rewards has still been approved. And don't forget they have rewards app too.

Just got unlimited data, texts and calls for £7 a month after redemption via buymobiles.net. Extra £35 through top cashback makes it £49 for the entire year!! That's £4.08 a month!! (edited)
    Avatar
Pretty sure it was £8 a month. It would say £7 but once you check out securely and scroll to the bottom it says £17pm before cashback and £8 after cb

Ordered and they have contacted me that there is a problem with my bank and my home address, cancelled the order as suggested updated adress with bank and ordered again, same issue... Never had a problem like this before... Seems bit weird.... (edited)

Why people ask if this is real when I pay 10 pm for 40GB with roaming (edited)
  29. Avatar
I’m paying £12pm for 100GB and could switch. How much faff is needed to claim cash back though? Is it do it once and forget or is it fiddly claims all the time?

If this would be our main number, do you guys know how far in advance near the end of the initial 12m contract one would need to reach out to Three for downgrading to a lower data amount?
  31. Avatar
What a shame - me and my wife are locked in at £26.12 p/m on the exact same contract with three. This would save us a fair bit

The description says to claim cashback with affordable mobiles. Is that a copy and paste from another deal?
