How does the cash back work?

You get a bill from three.
Screen shot it.
Go to your mobile phones direct account.
In account select Claim fill out form and attach screen shot.
Hit send.
You get an email within 20 mins saying thak you for claiming.
Same day you get another email same day saying your payment will be with you within 14 days.
The norm has been about 5/6 days for payment.
Easy peasy.

Not sure which THREE plans include free Netflix streams*, but someone has recently discovered that the free Netflix data includes their 4K streams.

Go binge guys (and girls).

*You still have to pay for Netflix, but the video streams dont count towards your data allowance.

I signed up for this plan direct with three two days ago. Is there a cooling off period so I can change to this?

Order this ASAP before it’s pulled like the Voda 50GB/auto cashback deal I posted the other day - Gone in hours, you have 14 days to cancel the first sim

Scroll down “RIGHT TO CANCEL”
here: gov.uk/onl…ses

Three will just think you are moving to them with 2 sims and add the second to your account that is set up, then you will give MPD notice within the 14 days for the first sim order MPD don’t even ask for the sim to be returned, it’s simply cut off, I done it with them on a EE sim last year when the £5 4GB Max Plan was then available for prepaid customers to move over from (yes I had two EE payg sims I was legit in getting that deal) I simply emailed them stating I was giving notice of cancellation within the first 14 days, MPS emailed back saying it had been done and dispose of the sim myself

What jealous bum voted this cold ? Went from 21 to 18c - show yourself!

Infact don’t bother green eye monster

This is a great deal for those that can be bothered with manual redeeming for cashback so go get em boys (& girls), hope some of you get this cheap as chips deal, Three retentions won’t come anywhere near £6 off, unless you spend a fortune outside allowances that is (but we be savvy peeps )
Can I still keep my number if I cancel?

Yes, have you already ported in to Three from 2 days ago ? If it’s due to port today call Three and ask them to stop it ASAP, like NOW!

I've been with them for 5 years
Right, busy in next few mins, I’ll be back in a few hrs or so to help any way I can, I take care of my freeloapunters init
Can you use the sim as a hot spot from you phone (internet sharing) in UK & Europe
Exact same deal on offer via TCB. 12gb for £14/m on three and £60 cashback...without any of the hassle.

30gb plan £18/m with £65 TCB comes to £12.58 a month!

I hadn’t voted this cold but I might now

edit - turns out I’d already voted it hot!

You upgraded to this deal from another Three Plan ? I assume so...
If so order MPD then call Three and ask for a PAC on your original number - port out and back in, or nicely ask the Three person if they will do a in-house transfer, doubtful but worth a ask if you have the nerve

First Karma! I’m hot hot hot baby - deal with it You have to take a chance in TCB paying or be self responsible in redemption claims, redemptions has more chance of being paid IF the individual is organised that is! Horses for courses init! I’d generally go with TCB but others won’t take that chance esp on previous Three refusals to pay out on Quidco/TCB. Each to their own, I think if I was in the market I would go redemption for this 12GB deal...my Three phone contract sim paid out (it shouldn’t have with existing customers £2 a month saving but it did! ) but the 20GB £8 contract Mobile MifiBroadband didn’t pay out, so I’m inclined to say use MPD redemption with bill reminders in your mobile calendar/Email - after the second bill you know what date you get billing alerts

PS) I’m on Black Friday £20 Virgin Unlimited 4G data now, my Three sim and MiFi broadband are powering Go Binge exclusively.
Edited by: "seaniboy" 14th Feb
I’d still go TCB..they have never failed to pay me. Quidco on the other hand...still waiting for confirmed payments from 2016!!!
As ee are putting there prices up soon will there be any chance of this happening with this deal or is there a difference in 12 month contracts
Done. Thanks.
Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly with my three cancellation

Yeah I’ve ran into a few with Quidco, think it was Quidco that didn’t pay out on the £8 20GB MiFi, might have been TCB though ??

Either way that’s why some people like self redemption cashback than a cashback lottery, which if you factor in cashback to reduce cost makes sense for those that can organise themselves, which with today’s tech ain’t hard really IF you can be bothered!

I ain’t done a redemption in over a decade as they used to be a pain in the ass some of the retailers. But I would this deal if I needed Three/Go Binge/Roaming but I’m already on two Three deals, a EE sim and a Virgin sim I pay my bills tho lol, 4 months to go until I call Three retentions for a low mins & data deal or cancel it, so best they play ball nice might get a o2 Sky sim for a £5 via old mans Sky sub -I like having coverage wherever I am, I’ve hummed about that Sky sim but think I’m gonna bite

Three don’t increase sims. Not that any telco should be increasing core plans and saying you can’t cancel!

Three: “Any RPI-related price increase only applies if you're on our new Pay Monthly terms and conditions, and won't apply to Add-ons. It also won't apply if you're on a SIM-Only plan, business plan or on our previous Pay Monthly terms and conditions (if you joined or upgraded before 29 May 2015).“

Right folks back later! Hopefully as usual you can help each other out, anything that can’t be answered...I’ll look into posts and answer when back after noon

Hopefully they will swap number over and not make you port out and back in. it might be safer to port out and back in on the new sim Incase Three staff India mess it up and a account number change happens and MPD won’t pay out. Just get a cheap payg sim, port out and back into Three if you don’t trust them not to mess it up

Hi Bigwheels you make it sound so easy are you talking from your own experience?

Do they give you the specific dates or time scales to claim?

If you miss one ca you still claim the rest?

TIA

If mobilephonesdirect are the same as e2save all you need to do is go to three and download your bills (4th 6th 8th 10th 12th month bills) then go to mobilephonesdirect and click on claim, then attach the bill you downloaded and that is all, they will contact you to say they've received your claim and send you a cheque in a certain amount of days (it's up to 28 days with e2save) the first bill you have to send is the 4th month the other 3 before don't count. Hope that makes sense.

Mobilephonedirect is different from e2save. However, i think e2save is the same as mobiles.co.uk which is under carphonewarehouse. I dealt with both mobilephonesdirect and e2save difference is that mobilephonesdirect after sending bills you can get the cashback easier an faster with bank transfer within a few days after approval. E2save instead send out a cheque that they say can take up to 8 weeks but normally comes in around 3 weeks in my case which probably would a pain for some people. I must also say if your going with mobilephonedirect their is an addtional cashback to be had if you go through Quidco or TCB

don’t really know to trust mobilephonesdirect as they have negative feedback...

Very easy system.
I have 2 talk mobile contracts with mobilephones direct.
When you have to claim is hidden in an emil the send you.
Not wording but a link I think. IE 4,,6,8,10,12 months and I think you get 60 days to claim.
I will be making the last 2 claims on the 20/02/18.
Then porting to plusnet mobile for 2000min 2000txt 1GB data £5.00 a month.
After 30 days say i want to leave and ask for a better deal like the ones posted on here.
hotukdeals.com/dea…971
Does this include tethering
I am already on a contract with three and it ends in two months. How would I go about getting this as well as the cashback as the cashback only applies when I buy the contract online. If I tell three I want to change contract to a better one and buy the 12gb one and tell them to upgrade to the new contract will it work? If I buy it over the phone I won't be eligible for the cashback

Mine always ran 4K, it pulled 26MBPS minimum ONLY when using Netflix, Go Binge got network priority. Well except my V6 replacement TiVo which is doing full HD, which Philips upscales. Brilliant though, I get double my speedtests on Go Binge/Netflix.

People without a decent wired phone or cable connection use these. I have several friends stuck in not-spots on sub 1Mb connections and no chance of any improvement any time soon, but they can get decent 4G speeds so use these THREE packages.

My old mans fortunate with a few MB on the BT landline but it’s not used so not viable for the cost/usage he has, he’s got a 20GB MIFi £8 deal with Three now.
