Three £13 a month 30GB 4G data 12 month sim only £13 @ Three via Wuntu App

Three have launched a new app called Wuntu and one of the deals on there is a £13 a month sim only deal for 12 months. Looks like it's a nano sim but can be used in any phone with an adapter.
The contract has 30GB of data, 200 mins and unlimited texts. (And tethering) It also includes three's feel at home which you can use your data in 42 destinations at no extra cost.

After 12 months it turns into a rolling contract.

Looks to be a really good deal (this may be for existing customers only with the wuntu app)

£15 per month on normal website. may be worth going for this as you can get £65 cashback on quidco which makes it cheaper than the £13pm through the app.

Anyone know what happens if you take this as an additional contract and then your exisiting contract runs out?

Just read the small print and it says you can use all of any of your data as a personal hotspot in the U.K. Heat added

Decent. Heat.

Available to current Three customers, PAYG?

I'm sure I read that this is only for friends and family when your already a Three customer.

You may lose your existing no. as you wont be Abe to port your number

Great deal if you like very poor customer service

You can always port it to another network then back to three on the new contract, bit of effort but worth it in the long run

I'm desperately wanting to change network, I would have jumpped onboard if the call minutes wasn't so limited

Well it's £18 pm for the same amount of data but with 600mins instead.

Has anyone taken up this offer yet? I've read the terms & conditions and can't see it state that the price will go up to the regular price of £22 after the 12 months. The ideal situation would be that after 12 months it stays at £13/14 on a rolling basis

Thanks for that really insightful comment - given everyone complains about every network at some point, how does this help when you haven't even said why.

plewis00 I thought it would be common sense what poor customer service means but I'll explain it to you seems no one else has asked. Long waiting times being passed pillar to post constantly repeating yourself to the same customer service advisor such info as name, address, problem, can never get hold of a manager once requested promised a call back which never happens did not resolve the problem 48 hours told I would be called back. I think that highlights bad customer service do you?

In May l was moved off all you can eat data.

They advised me l only ever used more than 1GB of data once so l selected 4GB plan for £12. 3 out of the last 4 months l have used all my data.

I called them last week and they moved me over to this 30GB plan with 600mins for £16pm. So l am reasonably happy although still annoyed about being forced off ayce data!

Can I get this or the £15 deal if I am an existing Three PAY as you go user? I just buy 20 quid each month and convert to all in one 20 add on.

The three network itself isn't too bad, their customer service though is dire and there are frequently problems with double billing due to their awful back office systems. If you hadn't experienced a double billing issue or had to contact their customer services then you would probably have a very positive view of three. Personally though I would rather know if I have a problem my network can sort it out even if it's a few pennies more in cost.

Just done mine.

Three sales can`t see the wuntu offers so has to be done as an entirely new contract. If you have an exisiting contract then at the end of that one, you can port your number to the new contract and the price doesn`t change.

At the end of this contract it reverts to 30 day rolling sim ( so if they do raise the price its easy to leave )

Just got this deal for my daughter £3 more than her existing contact but this has much more data available and she can use it when she goes to America next year.

Daughter took out a contract to replace her PAYG. In the Three shop, they logged into migrations and ported her old number across.

Yes, go thru Quidco for cashback. At Three shop can port your old number across if you want to keep it.

Do you have to go to a three shop to keep your own number or can they do it over the phone?

They didn`t aknowledge this deal over the phone so I think in store only if you want to keep your number?

I was PAYG then signed up to a discounted contract as an existing customer. Even got cashback. Once I got the sim I phoned up and moved my number to the new contract.

Signed up via three.co.uk/exi…ers

Awesome deal! Feel at Home is so useful. Saved me a load of money when travelling in the States.

I pay £17 for 600 mind and AYCE data although I got mine with 12gb hotspot rather than the current 30. Haggling with three is like playing chicken, you are never sure when to stop or if you should keep threatening to leave...
