Was looking at the 30gb deal a few days ago, when they were offering for £20 (was £26), now down to £18
includes feel at home too

FWIW, apart from the One plan fiasco I still think 3 give the rest a good run for the money. I'm on unlimited mins and texts with 8GB and Feel at home for £12pm. Feel at home has saved me a small fortune.

Not sure what you are asking. I can use my data to tether in UK (though I have fibre) , don't think data can be tethered using Feel at home. 'Saved' nearly £800 last year in the US thanks to Feel at home.

Any idea if cashback works with this offer? Am seeing £45 on TCB and £50 on Quidco for 12 month plans >8GB.

I've got Unlimited everything from Three for 15pm, if you don't ask you don't get.

Yes it includes Feel at Home

Are these deals you mention on a 12 month contract? I pay £20 for the monthly bundle (no contract) with 3 and they give 600 mins, a lot of texts and I think 16gb data and it includes feel at home

You can have unlimited everything + 30GB tethering for £19/month

Called Three and they refused to give me anything similar. Been with them for years, both on contracts and sim only

Count me in that number. What the three retentions team offered was laughable in comparison.

Not everyone will be eligable...you have to submit a form and they have to approve it.

So if you were not offered the deals and sent the link its very unlikely you'll get it at that price.
Doubt anybody that has an expired contract could just jump in and grab it, If they werent targeted by Three initially

Cracking deal though! £19 for unlimited everything its usually 32.

Quidco offering £50 cashback

Switched to EE from Three and its a far superior service everywhere I have been.

Also at work where no signal gets through the roof on any network EE actually have wifi calling that works instead of the terrible Three in touch app.

Just letting you know that three now use the default iphone wifi caling now.

Too late asked for PAC code after i tried to get them to offer me a better deal and they wouldn't match / come anywhere near to the EE one for 20GB and £100 gift card promo. Just picked up my Sim card today and about to activate the PAC code to transfer number. Think earlier comments about 3 panicking now over number of people moving over to EE are correct. 3 Retentions are crap oO

I was not offered this, it's been posted on HUKD . I have applied via that link and got it but some people not... lots of comments here:

Still got my 200 mins, unlimited texts and data deal for £15. Had that for 5 years now.

I don't think they use the built in Android wifi calling though?

is there a way to increase that 30gb tethering

Tempted by this , thinking phoning them up will be a waste of time as I keep hearing nobody is getting anywhere with retentions for better deals

Should I stick with three and get this or go over to EE...Three have feel at home , what do EE have?

Managed to get this as a retention deal for £15 with U/L mins and texts, not sure why mine got voted cold and this hasn't.

Cold.

You may be correct. Not really one for android.

I'm still getting the One Plan with unlimited everything for £13+VAT

All these people getting the unlimited everything for £15 and less. Look forward to getting your letters soon telling you your plan expired.

FYI the £18 plan is also cross saleable. If you have an account with us, or if you're getting 2 contracts at once, say the £9 sim and the £18 sim, the £18 sim becomes £16. BINGO.

and that's likely continuation of you old contract, and not available to new customers..
that being said £18 a month sim only and not unlimited is not that great of a deal imo.

Just buy a £5 add on and you get another 30GB tethering plus unlimited data on your phone.

Just remember the value of plans including roaming is dropping given European roaming will be free for all from 15th June.
Yes three allow other countries too so still more value, just some things to consider before long plans as i think by June there will be many cheaper plans

No, using your phone as a router is tethering. Feel At Home is using your phone abroad an no extra cost, you just use your data, text and minutes as you would back home, currently works in around 40 countries, it's probably one of the best things about three

I got this 5 months ago for £15 with £50 quidco..Also got unlimited everything for £18..how quickly prices change..

I'm with Three solely because of the Feel at Home deal. But I will be jumping as soon as the rules change across the EU this year because Three has been completely dishonest about how this deal works. They throttle the service - quite savagely in fact, making it virtually unusable for normal data usage. Read all about it here.

In Ireland Three laid out plans to cap EU roaming, citing “All You Can Eat” data as a service benefit. The commission came fown hard and said this would not be allowed.
However its indicative of the situation that operators are still reviewing their strategy 8 weeks before implementation.
Given that the UK operators will only have to abide with the rules for 2 years, I would expect compliance will be low on the priority list.
tbh it's not surprising since the operators still have to pay for the data which is capped at a whopping €7.7 /GB.

One reason it is slow is data abroad is first tunnelled back to the UK, but yes they have a 1MBit/s cap per user so the tunnel is not overloaded so yes it is very slow, and slower the further away from the UK you are, like Australia is unusable, and if doing anything more than checking email its best to buy a local SIM.

Three's service is amazing, have no complaints at all. This is the speed in my area. Best I've seen is 98mbps down but usually around 88 down like in this speedtest. Faster than my home internet!

Thats a bloody good deal! 30 day rolling or 12 month?

Looks good, but for me I don't need quite as much data so prefer 8GB, 600 mins, AYCA text, Feel at Home and Tethering for £12 a month, but £7.41 if/when £55 cashback tracks with Topcashback. Still don't understand why that deal isn't 'hot' yet....
