All that’s required to submit a cashback claim is your network bill and your Fonehouse account. The first email you receive from us will be a validation link to this account. Click this as soon as you receive it and set a password for your new Fonehouse account. When you want to claim cashback, just login into your account and click the button titled ‘Claim Cashback’ in the bottom left corner.
You’ll see a cashback form appear on screen. This asks for your order number, name. email address, date of birth, network, telephone number and bill date. You’ll also need to include a PDF download of your relevant bill, make sure you keep reading to find out which dates these are. All you need to do is enter the details given when you placed the order and submit your claim. If you have any issues when trying to claim, you will need to contact customer services who will be able to help rectify the problems. 12 Month Redemption Cashback Claim Dates
Depending on which contract you have taken out, your claim dates may differ slightly. One thing that doesn’t change at all is how the cashback is claimed. Please read the above section for information on how to claim. You will only have a SIM-only 12-month contract, we don’t currently offer this length for handset plans. The shorter the contract, the higher the price is. We like to ensure that our deals are as affordable as possible to keep our customers happy.
Redemption cashback has to be claimed in 5 equal installments. For anyone on a 12-month contract, you will need to submit your PDF network bill in billing months 3, 5, 7, 9 and 12. You must submit a claim within 60 days of receiving the bill or you risk missing out on the claim. We do suggest putting a reminder in your phone so that you’re able to keep up with these savings. If you claim outside of this 60 day period then you risk not having payment of cashback.
Once you have successfully submitted your claim, you will receive an email letting you know it will be processed. The Fonehouse finance team will process the submitted claim within 14 working days and pay the installment within 21 working days if accepted.

Reasons for rejection
Any claim will be rejected if it’s submitted outside of the 60 day period. There is no chance for this to be contested. We suggest that customers submit their bills as soon as they receive them from the network in order to avoid this issue. It also gives you a lot more time to solve any other potential issues that arise.
We only pay cashback to customers who are up to date with their network bills. If you are behind on bills, we cannot pay you until it is resolved. Customers who have been disconnected from their network will have orders and cashback cancelled. You will need to have a new, completed order with cashback if you want to continue.
We set our cashback specific to the deals we have on our website. When these deals are changed by the customer or the network, the cashback is affected. We highly suggest not changing your tariff if you want to receive the cashback extra as we will be forced to withdraw any cashback offers if this happens. If you are unsure of any changes to your contract, please contact Fonehouse directly.
When you’re submitting your cashback form, you’ll be asked for a few details. If these do not match what we hold on your order, the cashback claim will be rejected. It’s super easy to avoid this issue as you can update your details with Fonehouse directly. If you need to change anything, simply get in contact with us and we can help.
Cashback can also be rejected if the wrong bill is submitted. As long as you follow the above cashback claim dates, the bill will be correct. Just double-check that the bill date you enter on the form matches the date shown on the network bill.

What is Sim only?
SIM only is just that, where you only pay for the minutes, texts, and data you use on your sim-card.
You will have to supply your own device i.e phone/tablet to insert the sim-card into, hence why it's called 'sim only'

Lebara £1.99 5 months.5gb.
Really depends on what data you need mate, or any network preference, drop me a pm and I can try and help you out
I thought other operators wouldn't include calls to lebara that in the free minutes?
Which is why they are cheap?.
Used to be a case a while back.
Please explain.
Set up an account on Top Cash Back. Search for Three SIM contracts on their APP. A 12Gb contract is £8/month for 12 months, but you also get £27.20 cashback. So 12x8=£96 - £27.20 = £68.80 / 12 = £5.73/month. The cashback takes about a month or so to be transferred to your preferred payment method.
So, you pay more in the end, and have the possibility of it not tracking? Sounds like a deal
They've always tracked for me and, there's no hassles with the cashback. This maybe more of interest to some, even if they're paying slightly more. I'd go for the 30Gb contract though, as it's a better deal. Have a good weekend unless
I wish I had your luck mate, I chased TCB for £180 worth of cashback for nearly 2 years and never got it with my BT broadband
Less hassle chasing 1 track, than having to remember month 3/ 5/ 7 / 9/12 and be on time filing such.
Used TCB for my last SIM, no issues whatsoever and cashback was showing within the week. Frantic search for cashback vouchers at staged months is another kettle of fish though.
Hey, great if it tracks, pretty bad if it doesn't. Glad you are willing to take the risk, but I've been burned before so I'm more sceptical as a result. I think 'frantic search' is somewhat facetious but sure
Yeah, and some of them want you to printout and post your bills for the cashback claim. Now that is a hassle.
I'd much rather have a little bit of a hassle and guaranteed cashback. Well I mean guaranteed as long as Fonehouse don't go bust.
There can be issues with either method.
Topcashback is the simpler method for the user. Though sometimes there can be technical issue preventing it tracking.
Fonehouse requires setting reminders, and sending your bill on time. If you don't have the self discipline, don't do it. Having said that, I used them for the first time last year, with Three. I set my reminders. Each time I got a reminder, I needed to download my PDF bill from Three, and them submit it to Fonehouse through their website. The process literally took me around 2 minutes each time, and I got a confirmation within 24 hours, and the cash in my account in about 3 days.
I will use them again in future and would totally recommend them.
It's a doddle since they were regulated, 60 days to submit a copy of the bill online & you can resubmit if you cock it up, I set a calendar date with countdown reminders. I've had 4 plans for the family running in cashback for over 10 years now, just keep swapping deals, probably average £3/£4 a month per contract.....
I'm currently with Three after completing the 12 months of a Fonehouse deal. I assume if I want to keep my number I need to PAC away from Three, before I can take a new deal like this?
Or is there another way?
Definetly not the case at this time.
I am on Lebara. Not had any complaints from callers.
When I go onto Fonehouse website and search for deals, this one doesn't appear to be anywhere, and with my contract ending in about a month, would very much like to find deals as good as this as they aren't obvious to find through regular searching on the Fonehouse website.
Cheers
Been doing cashback for years. Always got the full amount.
Did you figure this out please? Looks like if I follow the link it's still available but when you manually search the best deal is £5 a month with cashback instead of £4 which this one is
