Claiming cashback is really simple – it’s just a matter of submitting your claims at the right time. We’ve made the process even easier for our customers, by allowing you to email us your claims. Submit yours in just three easy steps:
1) Check when your claim period is
Claiming cashback works in regular instalments, depending on the length of your contract. Find out when your claim periods are below, and which network bill you need below.
2) Identify your claim voucher number
Once your claim period comes up, it’s time to submit. On your claims form, you’ll find voucher numbers that correspond to your claims. Pick out the one that’s needed for the current claim period.
3) Submit your claim easily via email
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
including your name, order number (found on your claim form) and the voucher number that corresponds to your current claim. Please also attach a PDF copy of the relevant network bill.
Here are your claim periods:
You have four claims to make over the course of your contract. Here they are:
First Claim: When you are 5 months into your contract
When you have received five network bills, send them to us within 60 days of receiving the 5th bill, along with your first claim voucher number.
Second Claim: When you are 7 months into your contract
When you’ve received your 6th and 7th network bills, send them to us within 60 days of receiving the 7th bill, along with your second claim voucher number.
Third Claim: When you are 9 months into your contract
When you’ve received your 8th and 9th network bills, send them to us within 60 days of receiving the 9th bill, along with your third claim voucher number.
Final Claim: When you are 12 months into your contract
When you’ve received your 10th, 11th and 12th network bills, send them to us within 60 days of receiving the 12th bill, along with your final claim voucher number.
