you could go to another store or wait for it to come in I guess - there are no wii stock issues now

i thought comet were supposed to be one of the next woolworths' eg. closing

This shouldn't be put up as £19.53/month.

Quidco is not guaranteed.

they wont deliver to my uni address how ****

Not delivering to a Uni address is standard and why blame them - too many students do a runner.

so you have to pay an extra £5 on top of the line rental then, and it isn't included in the line rental?

no it is included in the line rental already - you dont have to pay any extra

This tariff includes the unlimited internet - if you wanted it on any other tariff then you would have to pay the £5 ontop.

The mix and match 500 tariff is normally £18 with the LG viewty (referb) but if you take it with the internet (£5) you get a free wii.

I agree, o2 had this phoen for £95 or £80 with quidco for it brand new afaik (on pay as you go) and if your between 16-24 you can get a free sim on blyk which gives 214 text and 43mins or you can get a sim only contract for about £10 a month and thats 30days contract along with it costing less, which works out cheaper and better :P.

Still voted hot but only due to it being cheaper than similar contract+same phone.

hmm - not in my experience, had quidco no problems on three separate contracts with three

One caveat with 3s mobile internet - it only works in a 3G area. If you happen to need it while in a 2G area you're stuffed.

Some simple stuff will work (GMail app, GCalSync, even SSH) and you can get onto My3, but forget browsing BBC News or using Opera Mini.

Agreed, not as good as the deal a few weeks ago for £9.70 tariff they were doing. Basically paying extra £10 a month to cover cost of Wii, plus your getting a refurb older model phone.

EDIT: actually didnt realise its £23 a month, thats rubbish! Price shouldnt include quidco.

Yeah people get too caught up with the "free wii" its almost never free.

I'll be voting cold on any 3 tariffs simply because nobody should ever go with them regardless of how great a deal is posted. Unfortunately I and many many others have been burned far too often by their atrocious customer services.

I've never really had much of a problem with three, but also have never really felt satisfied with their service, until recently.

My contract came to an end so I had decided to get a sim only as I didn't want to be tied in to another long contract. Three gave me the pac code, but two weeks later they called me up and offered the following:

750 minutes
150 texts
75 video calling minutes
5 pounds of dl content
A nokia 6500 slider with 3.2mp camera

... all for only a fiver per month, on a 12 month contract, renewable every year until the rest of my life if I so wish.

For a fiver I said yes.

Worth trying to cancel if your contract is expiring soon. Two things to bear in mind: when you call them to cancel, make sure you mention that you would like the iPhone as they can't compete with that, and also state that the contract length is too long. Give it a couple of weeks and they'll give in. Suppose they'd rather have a bit of money from me then no money at all.

hmmmm... i've had two now both declined........

£10 for the 500 mix and match...... good deal anyway so i wasn't bothered.....

I've use a seperate 'firefox' bowser for purchases via quidco, though it might be three answer to the credit crunch - don't pay out !

I was on the texter 17 pounds a month, which gave me 600 texts and 75 minutes. I always ended up spending more though as the minutes allowance was too low for my usage.
I must have spent well over 600 pounds over the course of the 18 month contract, so I'm happy with the deal they've offered.

Do mention the iPhone and length of contract when you ask for your pac code though. They repeatedly read out the specs of their latest LG knock off in the hope of convincing you to stay with them. Pretend you're interested, they say you don't want to be locked into a lengthy contract, and wait for them to call you back

You dont persevere enough with them then. I have had terrible service from them but after around 30 minutes of arguing with them last time, I managed to get them to exchange my phone, send me another identical phone new, free of charge and also get a contract breaker which I used 2 weeks after the phone call. Granted, I had to deal with their non English speaking customer services ( which is probably what caused me to get muchos free stuff ) but at the end of it, two new phones and was able to break my contract 5 months into an 18 month one.

Am back with them now, they are the king of deals and my current contract expires next month, I know you shouldnt have to but if you hassle them, you really can get one hell of a deal.

Shame the deal is with 3 otherwise it would be hot.

what happens if you dont use your PAC code and it expires? Does your contract expire and you lose your number?

Exactly the same from me.

Sorry guys but I refuse to recommend people use the company as they treated me awfully.

1. I agreed to a 12 month contract extension after they phoned me up.

2. After 12 months I phoned to cancel and was told I had agreed to 18 months.

3. Eventually they said they had never called me, and someone must have guessed I was a three customer and luckily guessed the date my contract was up when they phoned me.

4.After over half hour I finally got through to a supervisor who admitted the person who sold me the phone had now been blacklisted and no longer was allowed to trade with Three due to repeatidly doing this (not their fault, but no goodwill gesture offered at all).

5. Six months later, when phoning to cancel the contract.. they kept putting me on hold and the line would eventually just go dead.

Vodafone make you write a letter to end a contract which is very annoying, but other than that their customer service has been excellent. 02 and Orange were both superb (I was with the last two on prepay).

I need an upgrade from a NOKIA 6100.

The £9 plans look good as well :santa:
