Forgot to add possible £60 cashback through Quidco too[Image]

These tariffs are doing my head in - I'm an existing customer and would like to change to one of these tariffs, but can't change to them in store (management have told the shops not to match the website), only have options to more expensive through My3, and on the phone they say these tariffs don't exist. It's almost enough to make me leave 3 (and I've been a customer and defended them for over 9 years).

Voted hot. I am with 3 (three) or tree (if you live in Ireland) and this is a good deal for new people.

In people's experience, is 3 a reliable Quidco payer?

All I did was leave three port my number to id mobile for 1 month and then rejoin three and port my number back with £60 cashback
Shows as £15 for me?
Ah - you need to select the 'Help me Choose' link if you scroll down, it will either be below the plans or a little side pop up on the right.

Good deal!

Probably the worst, I had to chase and chase for a year, reading other forums this is the norm with three.
If you want more data and better coverage, you're better off with the Vodafone 20gb deal from mobiles.Co.uk

Went thru TCB as they had the £55 cashback, and just chose the £14.

That would (if it all works out) mean a theoretical £99 total (over 11/12 months).

I was then able to cancel my paltry extra 1GB for £4.99 with EE, meaning this would give me a further 11GB plus all the rest for an additional £5

In contrast to Mr Duval, they've paid me Quidco 5 times, and sent a £50 amazon voucher.
I got this because someone else posted this deal last month.
slight stipulation on the cashback from quidco. The 12gb for £12 isn't mentioned on the quidco three page so do they or will they honour the cashback?

That was my thoughts with TCB - I accepted the £14 listed, as the cashback is greater than the £2pcm saving.

Fair do's if anyone is brave enough to try and get both

It's not 3 it's quidco .Iam sure plenty of merchants have paid quidco but they are less than honest passing it on !!
Waiting on 5 deals which has gone months over expected payment dsys yet quidco just push it back and don't reply to emails .

Alternatively - you go with 3 or O2 cos the coverage is better.

Coverage is subjective - Vodafone and EE are not great where I live, but 3 and O2 are fine.

wouldn't it be a theoretical £113 over 12 months?
I got unlimited mins and texts and 8gb of data for a 10er a month.. when contract was up

Might help someone that is looking the mins and texts but little less data

Edit: I did top cash back to start with on year 1 Got the money paid if I remember right I 5 months into the 12 month plan. The deal above is what I got when I phoned to cancel

I was basing it on the OP's calcs being correct in the title (hence £144 minus £55 = £99).

I would have corrected it, but I wasn't actually too sure if a 12 month contract is 11 payments or 12.

worked fine for both me & my wife when we switched about 6 months ago. Took about 34 months to come through though.
Currently have 2 months left on my contract and rang to try and bag this offer but they wouldn't budge from the £15 price. Grrr.
Not sure it’s been edited, 1. it’s £12 a month not £14 and 2. I’m a new customer

When on the sim only deals, a pop up bottom left saying - help me choose I entered my monthly usage and then it offered the 12gb for £12

Yes.. It actually worked. I had to use laptop to get "help me choose" pop up. I've been trying on mobile
Bah, upgrades team won't honour this and can't be faffed with double PACing!
Great deal, but seems to be for a second SIM - you can't easily get this deal on your current 3 number as far as I can see?

I disagree, Three are an awful payer of Cashback. I've been with Quidco and Topcashback for over 10 years, recently Three are the ones that consistently don't track; reduce cashback; pay out after many many months or not at all. Other cash backs generally are hassle free. The other companies I have found not to honour cahsback are Moss Bros and Damart. Not worth chasing for a few pounds, but they always decline or confirm to zero.
Had two lots of TCB from Three had to wait a while but got it in the end still with Three got the £10 deal for unlimited mins, text, and 8gb data had it 5mths now.

Never had any trouble with Three been with them for about 10yrs apart from 1yr i was with ID Mobile and only reason i left to go back to Three because they gave me a better deal but had No trouble with ID either.
The £14 deal for 12gb works out £9 after the £60 cashback from quidco. Does anyone know if they will still give the same amount if i can get it down to £12 (before cashback) which will potentially make it £7.

Also, three/quidco did pay me £50 cashback last year for a simo although it took a few months.

I'm with 3 PAYG, which works for me as I'm a low user, but they don't have the best service TBH.

I currently pay £6pm for 200mins, 12GB data and unlimited texts on Three.

May have been a retention deal, but I’m pretty happy with it! Have feel at home and Go Binge too

How is it a better deal? It's only 200 min? This is unlimited.

Nowadays getting minutes isn’t a problem...but getting lot of data for less is

So in that aspect a better deal.....hope that answer your point.
