Is this retention or additional line?

Depending on if you need the minutes talk, I'm on a 30 day 200 min, UL txt, 30GB data Advanced tariff for £12 which i got as a retention deal.

A tactic you can try is get a 30 day deal which is not perfect so you can renegotiate next month, rather than being stuck on a 12m tariff

Retention. I just had an upgrade and went for that. Also should get it on a additional line to.

I'm paying £18 for this which I am more than happy to pay....excellent signal....good data speed and can be used abroad, what's not to like?

I'm on 200 min, unlimited texts,30GB of data, advanced plan for £15/month 12 month contract which I got at the beginning of December ...very happy with it,signal sometimes patchy at work but use the wifi calling so not too bothered about it,used the internet in Sweden and Spain recently when on HOL,quite impressed...still waiting on the £50 cashback through Quidco, got declined last week, raised a claim, let's see what happens

When did you switch to that plan? My minimum term with Three ends soon and that sounds like the perfect plan for me. cheers

Last October

Just tried to get this as i have 2, 12 months contracts that ended last month. They wouldnt let me have them on this, as they said it was for existing customers taking out a extra contract. I took the £18 option (Same as this £2 more & on another thread here somewhere). I still voted this hot, as it's a good offer. Must be plenty of people/couples/housholds out there using different networks, that could benefit from this.

just offered it to me over the phone to switch from Tesco. £16 including 600 mins, UL txt, 30GB data, tethering, Feel at home plus 2000 three-to-three minutes.

I got the same from old PAYG

Good luck with anyone who tries to take out a contract with 3. I've been trying to register my details online with them for over a week to take out 2 SIM only contracts. You can't. The website is broken & they have no idea when they can fix it. This means all your "admin" needs to go through customer services. It also means you csn't set up details online to take advantage of cashbacks/Amazon gift card referrals. Welcome to the 1990s.
