It might be worth adding that this only fully works for new customers as existing customers will have to choose between either the cashback or the amazon voucher. They can't get both. Hot either way.

Edit: Actually, acording to Quidco existing customers can't even get cashback.

Both Quidco TopCashBack state they will give you both the cashback and amazon voucher on a Cashback new contract at full price regardless of whether you are existing or not, as long as its new available to all and not a special deal under your account offers.

I'm unsure where you're reading it says you have to choose??

I pasted the quidco terms in my last post. And Three only give the £50 voucher to existing customers if you go in store. They wont give existing customers the voucher if purchased online/phone.

"An “Eligible Customer”, being either:
i. A new Three customer who, within the Promotion Period, signs up to or takes out an additional contract for an Eligible Plan (defined below); or
ii. An existing Three customer who, within the Promotion Period, upgrades to an Eligible Plan (defined below) in store only (existing customers who upgrade via telephone or online will not be eligible)."

Upgrade and new contract are two different things... i feel you're reading it wrong..
An existing customer special deal (shows in your account as an offer) is also different to an existing customer 'new' contract (full price available to all)

although point

i. A new Three customer who, within the Promotion Period, signs up to or takes out an additional contract for an Eligible Plan (defined below);

could be clearer - it looks like it means if you take a new additional contract (to take this you would have to be a customer already!!)

I get what you're saying and I'm not **** on your deal. But unless you've done this and received both, then we're both speculating here are we not?

Thanks for this. Is it possible to get this deal so the contract begins after a month? Or it starts straight away? Thanks

Hasn't this always been the deal, since they introduced the Amazon voucher? Or is the cashback new?

think the amount of cashback may be higher at this moment

heat, went for the 30GB allowance for £3 a month more

dang it I took this contract in may

I've just taken the one with talkmobile for £70 for 12 months after tcb. wonder how easy it is to cancel and port my number again to 3 (port due to go through tommorrow)

how many mobile hotspot Gbs of data are you allowed from your allowence?

No network is perfect to dal with.....me personally (and possibly many others) have never had any problems with three

It is a good deal, I do not have any trust in them though after the one plan saga, upping the price to double. I accept small price increases but any company that honestly believe they can increase a monthly payment from £15 to £30 are not trustworthy.

Thanks OP, been looking at getting a Three sim after using their Feel At Home in France on a one Month sim earlier this month. This saves me a lot of money!

Has anyone tried this, has it worked?

Yes. The terms are pretty badly worded to be fair. It's also advertised on the tariff

I'm still furious with three after they doubled the price of my plan and got rid of all you can eat data. I'll never use them again. Be warned, they could hike up prices and/or change the allowances. They've done it before...

Hey, I'm pretty sure it starts straightaway. As in they'll take the first payment out in the first 14 days

Over the last 7 or 8 years I've been on pretty much all the networks and I have to say that Three's coverage (voice/data) is far superior. I do a lot of camping in quite remote areas and I've never not had a signal on Three. Even a campsite in a Welsh valley that guaranteed no signal and wanted to charge £10 a day for Wi-Fi - still got 3G. I can't recommend them enough. Not had to deal with their Customer Services yet though. For this price, hot from me!

I'm on Three, it's cheap and reliable but poor network coverage compared to the bigger networks

Except they didn't.

They scrapped the one plan, and "suggested" the £30 one as the most similar replacement. I know because I was in exactly the same boat. You were not tied into the replacement plan. And they gave you plenty time to call them and change to something else when they switched your one plan off. Again, I know as I did exactly that. In fact, I switched to this exact deal. They checked my usage and I seldom went over 10gb per month.

The One Plan was not sustainable. With unlimited tethering, people took the p1$$ and pretty much replaced their home broadband with it. It was always going to get canned.

They're still the best value for me. I checked all the other options when I got the letter cancelling my One Plan. And Three still came out best.

Obviously, I would have preferred to keep my "unlimited everything for hardly any money", but I couldn't. I also wasn't cutting my own nose off to spite my face so stuck with Three in the end anyway.

Vodaphone reception in my area (awful) and EE pricing (high!) obviously helped their cause.

Also don't forget the one plan was £25 a month but three where nice enough to give you a £10 recurring discount monthly... so in effect all they did was cancel the discounts and then up the cost by £5.

On Three Unlimited Data/Texts and 200 mins for £15 a month rolling contract. Was £18 at the time with special £3 discount applied. So looks like a good deal.

Hi
Does anyone know of anyway of converting the amazon voucher - hate to have a 50 voucher for a company I never shop with.

Topcashbach looks like it's only £47.25 for the 12 month deal and £105 for "Contract SIM on 8GB+", is this the month only one? Surely not?

Came here to ask the same question.

Can't figure out what the difference is between "Contract SIM on 8GB+" and "12-month Contract SIM with 8GB+"

I took this out a few weeks ago and actually am getting 14gb data......not sure why u less the do a boost or something

not sure if the £105 was there when I did mine.....mine has tracked at the £47, whether it will go up once validated is another matter, I wont hold my breath.

that plus the £50 amazon is still very good for a £17 contact though so I'm not going to cry about it

So if you take out a Three 1 month SIM contract you get £105 cashback, given they only seem to offer 1 month and 12 month SIM only contracts. Surely that can't be right ? So which "Contract SIM on 8GB+" are eligible for the £105 cashback ?

you could sell it on here for £45 in no time

fantastic deal thanks op. off on holiday next monday and this will be perfect to allow me to have data when abroad. Hope it works well

For those asking, I signed up to this deal this morning - £50 Amazon voucher showed up on my confirmation email from Three (just need to number to claim) and the £101 cashback is showing up in my TopCashBack account as tracked - just waiting for payment.

Just left Three for the EE deal posted on here.
Three in my opinion is now lagging behind the rest of the pack in terms of coverage. There network is over populated and 4G coverage is poor (recent trip to Cornwall, I had no coverage with three yet my EE data sim had full 4G and was pulling in 80mbps)
There customer service is poor (most like the other networks I imagine) and is always in India. Feel at home is an advantage but for the sake of once or twice a year then get a three data sim. Feel at home is also restricted to Hspca and no 4G and can be slow.
Most other networks now offer something similar (for example the EE deal posted includes calls and texts from all EU countries, and data is £3 a day and includes 4G)
Just my 2p worth and I was a three customer for 7 years.
